after the update to my sims4 game i have lost 95% of my game packs i had on my sims4. was wondering how i can go about getting them back. i had reported the issues to help.ea.com and they told me i had to re buy them all i have played this game for years. if someone knows how about getting them back with out paying for them all over again that would be grate thanks
PoohbearCo9423 Is it possible you're signing into the wrong EA account? That's very easy to do and also very common, as this long master thread shows:

Even if you're reasonably sure you're in the right account, please try to sign into the EA App with any other email address you have access to. You can click "Forgot your password?" to get a password-recovery email. Check the spam filter as well as the inbox.
If this isn't the problem, please sign into ea.com, open Account Settings > Order History, and look for your purchases there. Let me know what you find.
It may seem like they're missing but they're actually not. If you go to the app, they'll show as being all their but in the game they're not, correct? The sims 4 does this to me also every now and then. Yes, it is annoying. All you can do is shut the game down and restart until all your packs a reading again.
