The problem with smurfs
I've returned to playing ranked after a long time, and in every match it's common to encounter level 34 players with over 200 kills. It's frustrating to have to deal with losers who drop divisions just to feed their egos and ruin the experience for other players. The "smurfing" button is just there to decorate the reports section. I don't know if this discussion will be of any use, but I would be very disappointed if one of the reasons I quit the game is still the same or worse than before, I'm writing this here because I couldn't find a discussion on this topic. I've attached evidence of these types of players (a little research shows that this particular type, in addition to smurfing, also engages in boosting, another cancer of the community).
Ranked lag
Does anyone else have an issues lagging while playing ranked and ranked only. I can play any other game mode and be completely fine but once I get into a ranked game the packet loss icon comes up immediately and while I’m the game the rest of the icons will come on and off. For some reason it’ll go away towards end game if I can even last that long I’m just rubber banding and my shooting looting is all just so delayed. I’ve never had this issue before till recently and honestly don’t know what to do anymore I’ve tried switching servers and it says 0 packet loss but I still get it and I deleted and downloaded the game again and still nothing I played on my hot spot a couple times and it seemed to work but now even when I’m on my Hot spot I just lag. I just wanna be able to play some ranked is there anything I could do or try?Terrible Bloodhound design
Why does not Bloodhound's tactical and Ultimate abilities counter Mirage's holographs? The recon / threat abilities should be there exactly FOR this scenario, to work as a counter to identify which is the real, AND hidden enemies. Such bad design that they don't function like this.
Random Apex Ban
I've been playing Apex since before season one in 2019, never have touched any hacks or anything like that, my account has 850+ hours. I recently decided to get back into the game, and after a day of playing, I received a lifetime ban. I've seen other people also get banned for no apparent reason. I'm so lost, and of course the ai chat bot can't help. I miss the days when ea chat would connect you to someone. If anyone can help with this situation that'd be great. Why are you guys against permanent bans??? IP ban, hardware ban, what valorant is doing? Every single one of the people you just banned is back in the game right now, I'm dieing to level 1 players who are kill leaders, packs of octanes under level 50 with troll names (which you won't let us post here), and getting beamed across the map again. We had 3 good days without cheaters, we told you they'd be back, and here they all are. Just look at forums, the number of people wanting their accounts back after they "were stolen and the thief used hacks"...come on EA, this game has been unplayable today and its not getting better
Account banned after hackers took my account and cheated on my account
My email account was recently compromised, which allowed someone to access my EA account and change several of my login details. While they had control of the account, they appear to have used cheats or hacking software in-game, which resulted in the ban. This activity was not carried out by me. I had not played on the account for a few years and only recently returned, which is when I discovered the issue. records should also show that I recently recovered access to my account after it was compromised. The timing of the account changes and ban also matches when my email was hacked. I have evidence of when my email was compromised and recovered can someone help me out because im dying to play apex but i cant because im being punished for someone elses **bleep**. and its not fair i have also submited an appeal with the required proof and they did not approve my appeal. they denied me. i need a person to review my appeal so that i can give more information if needed. i have all the proof but it seams like im not being heard.Permission to mirror ALGS Pro League stream on personal Twitch
I’m not very good at English, so I’m using a translation website to fill this out. Please bear with me. The ALGS Pro League has started. Is it possible to mirror the official stream on my own Twitch channel? Since I live in Japan, EsportsRage is streaming the APAC-N region. In this case, do I need to obtain permission from both EA and Rage? I have reviewed EA’s content policy, but it does not mention anything about mirroring tournament streams. random permaban for playing the game
I was playing unranked br with my mates a few nights ago and I randomly get banned in the middle of a match. I by far had the worst stat spread in my team match by match so I have no idea what wouldve set the anticheat off. I had r2modman open from a game I was playing before I hopped on and forgot to close it but surely that wouldnt constitute a ban. Any tips? My appeals have been denied twice and the response changed from “banned for cheating” to a gameplay penalty. No idea what to do.Been sitting on the first intro screen for about 20 minutes
Fix your game, no wonder it's hemorrhaging players. Attached picture of me watching beard meats food while trying to get into this garbage game, so obviously it isn't my internet. i have to say cheaters programmers are much better than your's E-A-C stuff. they ddos attacked servers any cheat for free . these 3days you didnt do anything fix that . they break up play's EAC data when players reported cheaters in ranked game . before 3days i was so easy to get ranked up but these 3days full of hackers in ranked game . just like 1 month ago. so dispointed of your company for these almost 7 years .2 shots from alternater = 194 damage
This game is straight garbage how can i stand there and empty two straight magazines r99 into an enemy and they are still standing and i die from 2 shots from an alternator? 2 shots not even in the space to be hit by more than that. Game is freezing damage whenever enemy's heallth hits 1 shot left, it literally becomes static. any damage received is double. 2 shots count at 20. Game is corrupt
Stuck on Matchmaking AGAIN
Not sure what's going on at EA end but once again today we are stuck at matchmaking, multiple Twitter/X threads already showing it's happening to alot of people. Please EA can we just play for a full 24 hours without this happening. You gladly take our money for Battle pass, for skins etc. But the quality of product that you are putting out has been going downhill the last couple of years. We don't mind spending money, we do mind a poor product delivered.Random apex ban ( Gameplay enhancements)
Dear Support Team, I am writing to respectfully request a review of my account ban. I have been a dedicated player since the very beginning of the game, playing on both Xbox and PlayStation. Over the years, I have invested a significant amount of time into the game, reaching more than 75,000 kills and achieving Prestige 3 with a level above 600. I have also earned the Apex Predator rank multiple times, which reflects my commitment and experience. I want to clearly state that I have never used cheats, exploits, or any unauthorized software. The only time I played outside of standard modes was in Bot Royale (including evolved versions), purely to test sensitivities and improve my gameplay in a controlled environment. Additionally, I believe my account may have been compromised recently, which could explain any suspicious activity that led to this ban. If there has been any irregular behavior, it was not caused by me. I kindly ask you to thoroughly review my account history and reconsider this ban. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any additional information if needed.
