EA, Sims downgrade.
Ever since sims transferred to EA games, it is all a MESS. I lost all off my sims 3 games. I had almost all expansions packs, just needed like the last few. They all got lost/deleted when transferred to EA. But don't worry they have ''investigated'' the issue since 2018. All progress and money down the drain. So insted I started playing the sims 4. But it is filled with bugs and glitches insetad. Bought a new expansion last month. Can't even play it because of bugs and glitches. The respons from EA help? Nothing. Feels good knowing you can't get help. What am I even spending my money on? Air? EA help never seems to actually help, in my experience.
EA FC 25 / Aerial + Whipped pass nerf
I would really like to understand why the Whipped cross and the Aerial/Power Header playstyle ++ were so nerfed that nobody is playing it anymore. Last year I was among the few players that played this style using Aerial + Whipped crosses and it was very fun to play. I wonder if anyone agrees to this. Maybe not in EAFC 25 but maybe next year I would really like to see Aerial + Whipped passes back into the game. I am now stuck into playing Finesse shots and cut insides. I really hate this playstyle, thus not enjoying the game at all or playing very rarely. I want every playstyle ++ worth it, so we can enjoy multiple style of gameplays.

EA app keeps crashing
I have sent so many error reports and messaging EA about the app continuously crashing. It is the worst thing I have ever used. It will just crash mid game on anything I play. It is ok of an hour or so but it is the most stupid and frustrating thing to be in the middle of an online game and it crashes. What can EA do about this. it's up to EA to provide a platform that works. I'm sick to death of having to use a crappy buggy app. It was so much better before when you could play a game without their utterly crap app. Please EA do something about it.
the Problem with the App is....
The Problem with the App is that it sucks and no one wants it, everyone would be far happier if you stopped forcing it down everyone's throats... no one likes it... no one wants it.... and it is by far the most useless launcher any one has ever created... , and the fact it's required to play games on steam F£&king stupid and is ultimately the reason I'm no longer buying EA games... until it's confirmed i no longer have to have 2 game launcher running to launch 1 game through Steam. They do it better, stop screwing it up and leave the game launching to them and them alone... No game should take this long to launch because you require 2 game launchers. It's absurd!
Payment issue
I'm using master card by Citibank to purchase new sims 4 packs. However, the issue errors keep pop up - it kept show up " We were unable to verify your credit or debit card." I have contacted Citibank for this - and they share there's no restriction or lock issue from my card. They also see the transaction get denied and recorded in Citibank system. They advised me to remove the old cards ( I used to checked out with other cards) - I removed but the error keep pop up. I once checkout with master cards and no issue happen before (last year, for a few packs - when there was no EA app yet). Don't know if it's app issue or bank issue.Copyright infringement.
I don't know how to get ahold of ea for this but a company is using video from a game you have rights to in an ad to sell a crappy mobile game. I see no email to send this info to and I really don't want to write a letter . It's an older game I used to play as a kid so it kinda frustrates meMake a better version of the "Offline Mode"
Since last time when the servers weren't reachable.. we would love a new version of the "Offline Mode" I mean, if the servers doesn't work, instead of telling us "error", just redirect to the "offline mode", like this we will still be able to play, and we won't need to disconnect the wifi to be able to play in offline mode..
My little brothers birthday has been ruined!
This morning I gave my little brother a gift card for his 7th birthday. He decided he wanted to buy FC points with his gift card to get packs for TOTY on his ultimate team account. So he asked for help off his mother (someone who clearly doesn't understand the difference between all the FC/ FIFA titles). They bought a total of 17,700 FC points (3x 5900). Unintentionally, the points were for FC 24, we only found out about this when he asked me why it still said 0 after redeeming all of the codes. Making the purchase non-refundable, so my only option was to try to get these points transferred over, which I thought might be possible since they were just claimed. After a long time speaking with Hradya at EA Help, she offered no support, sympathy and refused to let me speak to someone else. Apparently there is a deadline for transferring FC Points from old titles and I had missed it. Devastated doesn't even cut it. Now I've had a crying 7 year old boy with 17.7k FC points on a game he doesn't own and a gift card that's been used. Definitely going to go down as one of his worst birthdays yet.
Can we have the old transfers back like it was for FIFA 23 on all the FCS
can we have the old transfers back like they were on FIFA 23 on FC 25 and 24 we shouldn't have to wait until the end of the season to transfer to another club how many FC games are we going to waste with this kind of career mode we need to change back to like it was on FIFA 23 on all FC games and the ones you will make career mode is a big key thing for FC and EA Sports itself please change it thanks also can we negotiate our contracts on how many years we want to join for and can we have the FIFA Club World Cup in the game too I don't want this rubbish end of the season transfer rubbish on any FC game in the future it's crap and rubbish it kills the gameThis app has completely stolen my joy of playing The Sims.
Every time I have a spark of hope to log on and play some Sims 4, it is expertly dashed by the most horrendous launcher I have ever experienced. As I write this, I have been waiting for over an hour to try and get my game to update. The last three times I have attempted to log on, I have had to troubleshoot the same stuff each time for my updates to install properly. Once it finally decides to actually update, that is another hour long process as well, regardless of how many things I disconnect from my network, close in my background, or the fact that I have a direct connection and fiber internet. Gone are the days of being able to actually update and play the only game I actually care about on this forsaken app, and as I shout into the void I only hope to comfort those who share my pain (as so clearly outlined in multiple other forums here) as it has been made clear that EA does not understand what a mess they really made of things with this.
Outstanding issues in EA App
Here is a list of outstanding issues I have with EA App: 1. No ability to change to what tab the app opens -- it defaults to home tab and I want it to open to my library tab instead of being forced to watch your ads for new games 2. No ability to send game invites to friends from Friends List and chat window -- it forces me to use in-game overlay which makes older games unstable and reduces performance 3. No ability for friends to join my game without invite -- I understand someone might prefer it, but at least let ME choose whether I want to allow it or not (or even better if I could select which friends can and can't join which game without invite) 4. No ability to disable cloud saves -- every time I launch Mass Effect Andromeda or Mass Effect Legendary Edition I get "sync failed, please delete some files and try again". YES I have more than your pitiful 1 GB allotted in saves of those games from different campaigns and NO I DON'T WANT TO DELETE A SINGLE ONE. Either provide more space or let me disable cloud saves. 5. "Time to update the app" HOW ABOUT NO? IT'S MY PC AND MY GAMES SO LET ME CHOOSE WHEN I WANT TO UPDATE IT. If I started it I did so to play a game, not to "access your new features" Finally, a message to devs A GLORIFIED GAME LAUNCHER SITTING IDLE SHOULDN'T USE 862.54 MB OF RAM ON ITS PROCESSES.
