Breakthrough Pack Bug
EA better have some sort of reimbursement coming for this bug, have not been able to open packs for an entire day. With the amount of complaints on this page you would think they would be working to solve it, but clearly our business is meaningless to them. Honestly insane that they can charge money for packs, and then once you buy that pack your game virtually breaks and does not allow you to open any more packs that YOU EARNED. EA fix it and explain how you are going to reimburse everyone with this issue.

still me and thousands of other people cant access their packs because this loan pack bug. You coudnt fix it. The game is seriously broken enough. Its unplayable. Me and a lot of other people just continue to play it because they baught it once. Just solve the problem or belive me a lot of people will not care about the game's money and start playing other games and there are a lot of options you know. If u would take this matter seriously you would hsve found s sollution already but no you havent right?
Error in the EA FC 25 store
Hello! In the EA FC 25 PS5 game, the item “Unlock 1 Loan Pack” appeared in the store on 03/05/2025 7:00PM London. You click on it and it gives the error “There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team. Please try again later.” I click ok, it throws me to the beginning, I go back to the store and everything repeats. I have already logged in 50 times in 2 days, a constant error. I bought fc point on Wednesday bought a seasonal supply pack for the sp and it gave me a free breakthrough pack that I cannot redeem and it won’t let me use my point for packs and can’t open any pack gained through objectives just keep saying there was a problem connecting to the football ultimate team survers playing in Xbox one gamer tag Edgehogg 79please can someone help as I don’t want to miss out finishing season 5 please
Can’t open packs
I can’t open packs on fifa ultimate team on my console or on the app. I’ve closed it multiple times and restarted my console. I have a pack that has not been opened yet and I must process the pack before I can move forward, but every time I try to process the pack I get an error message. l’ve attached the message I get via the app, on console the message is somewhat different saying that there is an error with my connection to ultimate team. This has been happening for hours and has ruined my experience today.
