Loan Pack Error
I got a loan pack within my Mega Pack for Rivals reward. When I try to open the loan pack, I get an error with a message telling me they cannot connect to Ultimate Team and get kicked out. I have a PS5 account and the same error apply to the web app. Therefore I cannot open anymore pack.
I can't reclaim/assign a pack.
I can't reclaim/redeem/assign a pack that I own, which doesn't allow me to open any other items, since I have an unassigned one. It's across all platforms that I use - PS5 and Android app. Every time I try to do so it's logging me out of the app or on console I receive a message that services are temporary unavailable. Please help!
Ea 25 erro clain pack
I opened the seasonal supply pack, and within that pack i got a gold pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. It does the same on the apps but it loggs me out when this happens. now i can’t open packs anymore because i have a unclaimed item . Since tomorrow, my game is xbox series S.
Cannot Open Pack
Hello! I submitted my information before, but I cannot open my Rivals rewards, as well as other packs, due to a bronze pack reward that needs assigning. When I try and claim this bronze pack, it tells me that there was an error and cannot connect to FUT servers. It has been quite some time and I would greatly appreciate if this were resolved. I am attaching information from the mobile app to show what it says as well as a picture of what it says on the console, which for me is a PC. Console: PC, Gamertag: FranCeccotti, pack with problem: bronze pack, approx time: 8pm on March 5th, but the problem persists currently as well. Loan pack can't claim or open
I got a pack the other day and inside was a loan pack that I got but when I went too claim it says error with servers so I tried on companion app and the app closes after an error. Tried so many times too claim the loan pack on ps5 and keeps saying server error and app won't allow me too claim it too now i have lots of unopened packs I can't open What's wrong with this stupid game and serversI can’t open the pack
when i try to open a pack in the market it shows me the following message “ login unavailable. we’re currently having trouble with login services. while we work on it, you can try to log in from your console or pc to get the full football ultimate. team experience. and nothing happens, what should i do?
