Error trying to open a Free Double Pack
Hi Guys, I got a free pack inside another pack, however everytime I try to open it it restarts the web app or closes the store in console. The Pack has a dev name, this is on PS5. I cannot open it or get rid of it. *card.desc.FreePlayersDouble I don't even want the pack as I have better packs ready to unlock. Ea glitch
Bought the breaktrough pack in the store for 1500 points, in the pack u have a totw pack for 3 totw players. BUG in ultimate team (store)

Redeem loan pack issue
I got a loan pack and for the last two days its keep showing error when I’m trying to redeem it. Im not able to redeem it or even open other packs since its is showing that its unassigned item. Need help with rewards.
Hi so I just recently completed the season 5 pass by getting to level 40. I was level 38 at the time and finished the weekly play with weekly objectives to claim 2k XP which took me to level 40…. Feeling happy, because I wanted the icon pick but it didn’t go as planned. When I reached 40 I clicked on the level 39 reward just so I could claim the pack which was the 85x10 so I was spamming X to claim the pack when all of a sudden it also gave me the option of level 40 and automatically chose firmino… I didn’t even get to see the other 2 options it just gave me firmino with one tap of X without me clicking on the level 40 reward and letting me confirm if I even wanted firmino. I can’t upload a video but the screenshots are taken from what happened. A gift pack
I have opened a MEGApack (gained by connecting my YouTube account to ea), yesterday and it gave me a free pack (*card.desc.freePlay…), but I can not open it. everytime I try it sands me a message that there’s an issue with ea server and kicks me out. I also tried to open it with the app on my phone but the problem is still there. Ea do you even care about your players. Year in year out your company produce a game that is absolutely unplayable due to the garbage refereeing and game play. Every other week there is always a bug. There's always problems with the game. You make us pay almost 50 pound or plus depending what edition you choose for this game. It takes you almost a day or even longer to sort out tiny problems. I'm honestly beginning to think your not bothered about your players and all you care about it scamming your players. I got silver pack from foundation sbc then I click it the card to redeem the bonus pack and it says "Ultimate Team servers cant be reached. Supply Pack broked
So i opened the seasonal supply pack, and within that pack i got a totw pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. When i try to open anything in the store, it says i have an item to manage, which is a silver pack, and if i try to open it, i get an error message saying there was a problem connecting to Ultimate team.
