A functioning game ‌ Just done China GP in career mode and the race had a 19 car DRS train from lap one to the end. This needs to be fixed asap. EA app - Can't Open F1 24
"The splash screen which can be described as the F1 logo on a black background appears for ~1 sec, after which it disappears. After another ~1 second, the EA APP comes back into foreground. The game doesn't boot, I am not asked to boot the VR or normal version of the game (I assume this is still a thing since F1 23 had it). Video attached". The EA App take the time like if you were playing. In my case I have 3h 23min and couldn´t pass the splash screen. The video is from Adr Junkie. Many reddit users also have this problem.

After patch V1.14 my screen freezes for a few seconds and FPS drops

Game crashes in My Team career after fp3
I have played fp3 in my team career for 3-4 times before the session ending and getting a black screen with the “please wait” icon in the top right hand side. I have updated the game and closed and opened it a few times with no result. Please help.

no AI DNFs/crashes/broken AI
Product: F1 24 Platform:PC Please specify your platform model. PC Summarize your bug Im in the 8th race in my driver career by now and there is not a single DNF from any driver. No crashes, no fights and maybe 5 overtakes in a whole 30 lap race. The AI is just driving in DRS trains, no one is willing to attack.. Was the game even tested before it was released? How can such a big mistake like that even happen? UPDATE: The DNF problem just occurs in career mode. In Grand Prix mode there are normal DNFs from AI and yellow flags and all the stuff. Game crashes when returning to mid session save
On Xbox I saved mid session- one player career- because I couldn’t access comms so tried to fix by restarting with a mid session save. When trying to re enter the game simply crashes when I try to resume the race with no message or error

Wet race starts - Dry tyres only
When starting a wet race on career mode, there is no option to change to wet tyres. So you have to start on drys and then the race immediately red flags over and over again until it turns dry. Absolutely unplayable. Shocking.

AI are way too fast on the straights
So we’re back to the old problem of the AI not being affected by drag or aero or having unlimited ERS, or a combination of all three. Brand new engine at Suzuka and have a setup that has me going reasonably though the first sector, as in my sector time is reasonable to the cars around me in the R&D chart. I qualify within a few tenths of my teammate and in every practice session I seemed to have a top 10 straight line speed, although speed trap speeds STILL aren’t added to the lap time info so there is no real way to compare them. Come race time and with Overtake pressed on a non-DRS straight I am 3 to 4 tenths slower than the cars around me with comparable cornering speeds.

Ers deployment issue
I have been playing F1 24 and for some reason I won't let me use ers on any mode be it medium overtake or hotlap tye battery stays at 100% and I haemorrhage positions. It makes it so unplayable any fix for this absolute shambles

My Team bug
Just finished the last race of My Team and went to negotiate for new driver. It locked up. Numerous restarts of the game and it finally signed a driver I didn’t want. Now it’s stuck on time advancement for the past 3 hours. Any help?

F1®24 PC and Wheel Troubleshooting Guide
Hey racers! Welcome to the ultimate troubleshooting guide for F1 24 on PC! Whether you're having issues with your wheel setup or facing game crashes, we're here to help. Below you'll find a lot of helpful information you need to get back on track. A bunch of us CMs (Community Managers) are active on here too, and we will do our best to help, but we can't respond to everything. So, let's all rely on the community to help each other out, including in this thread. Think of this thread as our pit crew, ready to get us all back in the race! Although we probably won't hit the sub-2 second pit stops. 😉 First things first, make sure your wheel is supported. Check out the list of what peripherals are officially supported here: [F1®24 - Supported devices]. Basic Troubleshooting Steps: PC System Requirements: Ensure your PC meets the game’s minimum requirements. You can find the requirements specs here: [F1® 24 PC SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS]. Graphics Troubleshooting: For any graphical issues, follow this guide on EA Help: [Troubleshooting graphics on PC]. Update your drivers: Always download the latest drivers directly from your hardware manufacturer’s website. Especially for new game releases, it's often essential for the game to run smoothly. - For NVIDIA drivers, go to the NVIDIA Driver Downloads website. - For AMD drivers, visit the AMD Drivers and Support for Processors and Graphics website. - For Intel drivers, head to the Intel Download Drivers & Software website. Update your racing wheels firmware, if you use one. You can find the latest firmware and instructions on your wheel manufacturer's website, like Thrustmaster. We are also seeing some reports of crashes with Logitech devices, so we strongly recommend you to update to the latest G Hub version (2024.4) Visit the Logitech G Hub site to download it. Additional Troubleshooting Steps: Verify Game Files: Sometimes game files can get corrupted. Verify the integrity of the game files through your game launcher. - For EA app, go to your library --> click on the 3 dots of F1 24 --> Repair - For Steam, go to your library --> right-click on F1 24 --> Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files. Check USB Connections: Ensure your wheel is properly connected to your PC. Try unplugging and re-plugging it into a different USB port. Avoid using USB hubs or extension cables. Configure ingame settings: Go to the settings menu in F1 24 and configure your wheel settings. Make sure to calibrate your wheel and pedals correctly. Adjust graphics settings: Lowering the graphics settings can sometimes resolve performance issues. Try reducing settings like texture quality, shadows, and anti-aliasing. Disable background applications: Some background applications can interfere with the game and use up resources. Close unnecessary applications and processes through the Task Manager. You can also add the EA app or F1 to your anti-virus programs. You can find more information in this EA Help article. Check for Windows updates: Ensure your Windows OS is up to date. Go to settings --> Update. For crashing issues: Where is the game crashing? For example, when loading onto a specific track or when the podium cut scene plays. How many times has the crash happened? Can you repeat it? Does it crash in the same place each time? Does the crash only happen in one mode? Does the crash only happen on one track? Upload a DxDiag file that can give us more information about your system and any issues with drivers or errors. Press the Windows key and enter 'dxdiag' in the search box. Select the dxdiag app. When DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens, select the Run 64-bit DxDiag button. If that button doesn’t appear, move to step 6. You’ll see a green progress bar in the bottom-left of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window while the program is gathering information. When the progress bar disappears, it means your report is ready. Select Save All Information. Save the file to your desktop (make sure it’s saving as a text file) and give it a name you’ll remember. Select Exit. Attach the file here in your next post. For silent crashes, we've posted a workaround that might work here. Remember, this thread is a place for us to help each other out. If you encounter any technical issues, feel free to post here. Pace stat goes down
After the update the pace stat should go down if u are slower, which is great. But now it is broken and last sprint Race I suddenly was 4 seconds off the fastest lap, the catch here, I wasn't more than a second off the fastest lap yeah. My pace stat goes down by 250 points because it of this.

Hey. Got a problem when AI are very slow on qualification. I've made P7 in Haas on 100 AI. Them during Race they are very fast and I end up on P12. It seems for me like that level AI during quali is 95 and during race 105.

F1 24 EA play not launching, game not released
Hey, I pre-ordered the f1 24 game (normal edition) on steam, and bought EA play, so I can play it earlier. Now when i try to launch the game it shows me that it launches on 31 may even though I should have the 5 hours trial. Is there an option to somehow fix it?

F1 24 - Replays Not Working in Theatre Mode

Allow game to fully go through loading screen which is where it will crash (on a black screen). What happens when the bug occurs? Screen will go black after the loading screen and then crash the game. What do you expect to see? I expect to see the replays actually working in Theatre Mode.
