Unfair h2h - cheating

Is it just me or is there anyone else having the same problem as I am? I didnt know if there is a limit to this chapter but i cant play the capped legends 2nd chapter anymore for some reason, all the match is blank and unplayable even though i already recharge my energy today. To the EA Sports Support Team, I am writing to report a serious technical issue/glitch I encountered during a recent match. Match Details: Issue: Game freeze and unfair match result. Description: The opponent scored the first goal early in the match. I managed to equalize (1-1) before the 40th minute. Immediately after my goal, the screen froze (as shown in the attached screenshot). A few moments later, the game disconnected me, and the match ended prematurely. Result Discrepancy: Even though the score was 1-1 when the freeze occurred, the final match result was recorded as a 1-0 loss for me. This is highly unfair as the game did not allow the full duration of the match to be played and ignored my goal. I have attached a screenshot of the frozen screen for your reference. I request you to investigate this match and, if possible, correct the rating points lost or take action if this was caused by an exploit from the opponent's side.
