So I got ban because of multiple accounts

This player cheats MUT by freezing the game after punting. On the first play, that player punt. When I am on the offense, the game froze. It happened to me twice and I saw other ppl had the same issue online with that player. It is just a game. We play to have a good time. Win the game with skills. No need to cheat. Madden 24 will not load
I just bought Madden 24. Downloaded it. Now I try running it, and according to task manager nothing stops working, it starts to load, the anti cheat come up then goes away, then the large screen comes up but its all black. Tried resolving the issue on my own, then with the "assistance" of support through EA Help chat. Was playing solo challenge from new Rookie Premiere Week 4 list. Completed one, was booted during the second. I am unable to do any other challenges because the EA Servers have not resolved my previous game. (It thinks my ghost is still playing). Support would not escalate or do anything to unstuck the issue. Any ideas? I've already uninstalled the EA App, Madden, and Steam and reinstalled. Already reset the router and PC. Falsely banned for selling cards in the AH
I’ve spent around 3,000$ this year on my ultimate team. Never bought coins or distributed them illegally. Got all my coins from buying bundles and selling cards. They decided to ban me this late in the year for no reason other then selling high valued cards. I’ve already been on the fence on ever buying a EA game again because the customer service is the worst experience anyone will ever encounter. I’ve bought points for 150$ and never received them and never got any help just automated responses from people that will never help a high valued customer. I will not be buying any madden again or any ea game deleted them all. If you guys ever want me back as a customer make it right and give back my AH and points missing.Solved462Views1like2CommentsBan
Ea banned me for listing cards on auction house that sold for more that their avg price because non was up.They accused me of buying coins from third party sites.Its sad their advisor don't know how their game works and we have youtubers promoting coins buying sites and they don't get banned.Ea won't even listen to my case. I’m contacting you guys again on the matter because I do not think I deserve this ban. I haven’t done anything to break any of other the rules. Like I said in the other email I do not have any access to the auction house so I cannot sell any cards or trade any cars to anyone, I don’t do any glitches or harassing people. None of that on top of that you guys didn’t even say what I did exactly to deserve the ban. I truly haven’t done anything, I spend about $2,500+ and like 100+ hours on this game so why would I jeopardize me playing the game I love by cheating. I have video proof of me playing the game for days without doing anything suspicious or ban worth . This is really frustrating and disheartening that i can clearly do nothing and receive a ban by just playing the game everyday like this doesn’t make me wanna play any game from Ea if this is what i have to go through or the possibility of getting a ban for playing the game I was supposed to be played without cheating or breaking any of the rules. Also you guys don’t even tell me the details on what I did to receive it like I when I got my auction house band a couple months ago it is very vague this time. Plus there is little to none human interaction on try to dispute this matter which makes it x50 harder. Is there anyway I can talk to a real person on this matter a phone call, email or live chat any. I just feel like a bot is handing my case or you guys did a poor investigation. Because you guys didn’t give me any reason why I got the ban. I was just playing the game earlier this week just playing it waiting for the new madden to drop but cant due to a poor investigation. This really discourages me for buy or playing any ea games in the future. Like I can see if I was really cheating or did whatever you guys said I did then I wouldn’t care because madden 25 is coming out in a couple of months ,however what I’m concerned about is on the future of playing EA games now if this is a possibility because of a lack of a proper and fair investigation. It just sucks when I play the game how it should be played the right way and I get punished. Please can i talk to a real person on this matter because it is really scary moving forward playing EA games in the future if things like this can easily happen. Also can you tell me what I did to receive this ban because like I said, I don’t have access to the auction house so what did I do to receive this ban please and thank you because there is a lack of evidence, on you guys part. Hello, I’m here posting just because I cannot be the only one this has happened too. Long story short I’ve played Madden for 15+ years. 6 days ago I bought 2 Tyreek hill cards off the auction house on ps5 for 500k each back to back. If you play the game you know you need 2 hill and 2 waddle cards to power them up. Instantly after I bought them I got auction house banned. I sent in a ticket and they replaced saying they couldn’t tell me why I was banned, so I sent in another ticket. The next ticket response said that I was “cheating” and to refer to section 6 of the user agreement, which I did and i play on ps5 and have never cheated or done anything under that section. What I don’t understand is how can I be auction house banned for “cheating” but I can still play games? I’ve spent 6000$+ on this MUT just this madden alone and I don’t understand how I can be falsely banned? I have 16million coins but I should considering I spent 6000$ on the game. Why would I cheat if I’ve spent money in the game and enjoy it just how it is? If I can please get somebody directly from EA to contact me that would be awesome! Thanks again. After 6 months, y'all don't like my name?
I have had my account since January. My name has never changed, as it is the name I have on my PS5. But I logged in and suddenly I was banned for 3 days because they don't like my user name. I can now log in and play, but If I want to change my user name on the madden game then I have to change it for my whole PS5 console. The PS5 warns me that if I change it, it is the last time I can change it for free and next time it costs 9.99. And the worst part is that I will lose game progress for a lot of the games I have once I change the name. No other game has an issue with my user name. So why does madden have a problem with it? I actually got my username from a prank phone call Bart Simpson made on a tv show. If it was okay to broadcast on syndicated tv it should be ok here too. Also, the way these kids I play against cuss me out and call me racial slurs...
