Trying to play online, won’t let me sign into servers
Every time I try to get online it shows an all black screen saying “We can’t connect to the service you need right now. HTTP 404 error”. Anybody know what I can do? I’ve reset my game, console, router, and unplugged my console and TV. Nothing works. Seems like an issue on their end.Tight Spiral Trait
In Franchise Mode, drafted a QB and he doesn’t have the trait. Third year with him and he was 60/40 throwIng ducks first year but now he’s throwing less ducks. Is there some point he develops the Tight Spiral Trait? I even looked in the edit player screen and didn’t see an option to activate. For reference I went to Trevor Lawrence edit screen (he has the trait) and I didn’t see an option to deactivate it.
Game-Breaking Exploit & Unfair Loss in Madden 24
I experienced a serious exploit in Madden 24 that resulted in an unfair loss. On 3/22/25-3/23/25 at 11 PM-approx 12:45pm, I was playing an online head-to-head game when my opponent used a glitch. For a few plays before halftime my opponents players did not appear on the field. At halftime, during the kickoff, my opponent’s players did not appear on the field. This made it impossible to continue the game. There was no play clock, so I was forced into a standoff for over 13 hours. Eventually, I received a message saying, "The connection to your peer has been lost." However, when I checked the results, I was wrongly given a loss. This is a major issue because: Players can force opponents into an unwinnable situation. There is no play clock or penalty for inactivity. The system incorrectly assigns a loss to the victim of the exploit. I would like EA to review the match, correct the loss if possible, and investigate this issue. Please look into this and patch the exploit so others don’t experience it.
Stop wrongful coin transfer bans
My friend who invested hours into grinding the game and having fun doing H2H’s and winning games together after long days of work was just recently banned from using the auction block due to his little brother getting onto his account and transferring coins from his other account to it. My friend (who’s currently overseas in the military) wasn’t even aware of what was going on until he called home to see if his brother got onto his account at all in which yes he did and was too young to understand EA’s rules. Not only is he upset about this and has made an appeal, I as well lose the urge to want to continue playing ultimate team if stuff like this happens. I just hope EA can understand what happens and can reverse that for him. We had good teams this year all made from blood sweat and tears.
Offshore support in India is not helpful
Any time I have an issue with EA, I have to jump through hoops to get help. When I finally reach someone, they are always India. They are like robots using AI and robotic pre-written responses. I reported my issue to the BBB (better business bureau), but they don’t seem to care. I am missing packs and tens of thousands of XP points. I cannot level up. Their solution - clear my cache or wait until the next buggy version of madden comes out 🙄🥴.
Quarterback Scrambling (Bug/Suggestion?)
I have been playing Madden for years and it's a good game. It's mostly clean and I've found very little holes in the coding logic. I noticed though there's an issue with QB scrambling. This has happened several times. The opposing QB scrambles to the side and has a wide open running path (around 10 yards usually). Then he throws it away. I've never seen this in a real football game. Is it intended? It seems like he should at least run until there is an opponent nearby, or be more aggressive if it is a scrambling QB. Just my two cents. It's one of the only improvements I could think of suggesting as a fan of the game.
Disappearing Franchise player
Austin Ekeler disappeared when I made it to the playoffs in franchise mode as head coach. They're still on the team. Still in the depth chart. Not injured. But for some reason it has the backups in and the starters wont take the field. When I try to select the play by player all the plays are just non existent. Franchise mode messed up year two in a row. Just dumped hours into this one and just quit bc I cant even play my starters. RIP thanks EA (not my photos but same exact issue) -fatigue mode is also off
Madden rewards
Madden rewards is not showing correct number of packs opened. It shows I have only opened 61. When I had the companion app it showed over 5000 opened. I have spent thousands on madden 24. I have not received any gifted packs from ea. I used to get them alot, I used to get daliys that were 1 coin or a 100. I havenot got those since the summer . I will have to think about it before I spend another dime on Madden. I'm very upset over this
Yall really need to look at defender movement
I dont think its ever been worse in any madden ever even if u know the exact thing thats coming the defensive player movement is so slow and janky theyre not even capable of getting to the spot u are literally oushijg thek to go to for 5 seconds plus its god awful. And the fact that u have to run in citcles with your player pre snap to be able to control his kovelent immediately post snap is absolutely absurd and whoever cant fix this should be fired immediately- its so bad it's laughable. U made a football that the only way i can control my players actual movements immediately post snap is if im running in a circle - if i dont - the player does some ridiculous computer animation getting him way out of position and this is even if im the user on the defensive player. I mean how absurd can it get the amount of disadvantages this puts u in is so ridculous its hard to continue playing. Like why cant i control thr defensive player im usering!!!! Its so bad u guys should be ashamed youve soent all this time and u can control a player immediately lost snap without running in a circle. I mean fire the man in oversight of this. Completely laughable. 2k would make a way better game i have zero doubts about that.
