Getting constantly kicked out
When are these servers going to get fixed. Since the update yesterday I am getting kicked out almost every few min. Can't barely get the Daily objectives done. I get kicked out of the gam and when I try Challenges i can only do one, maybe two times. I have seen many different type of error messages. I've got access is denied, your coin coint can't be recognized, the server connection one. Very flipping frustrating. When is EA ever going care about the players in this. I know I am not the only one having issue. I have seen lots of people reporting it on X, Twitch, and several content creators talking about it and showing the issue on their content. Sucks this is the only game to have NFL Teams. We need to bring back the competition with NFL2K back.
Missing cards
I completed the solo event for Baker Mayfield, and did not receive an option to obtain him to upgrade him, went 13-0 and spent 5 hours for nothing, if you can’t make a decent game, then just let 2K do the development, at this point it’s embarrassing, spend money on this game and it just never works rightSwitching roster from PS4 to PS5
Is anybody else having this issue with the game when converting from PlayStation 4 over to PlayStation 5 it says I have the PlayStation 4 Pro enhanced version that is able and eligible to upgrade to PS5? It is not letting me switch my roster over to the PlayStation 5 version very disappointing and confusing not sure what to do because I have spent a lot of money on my roster to get it to the point that it is and I would like to convert it to the PlayStation 5 now that I got one for Christmas I put the game in downloaded loaded on the PlayStation 5 but my Ultimate Team says it's starting over on the season pass and none of my roster converted over as well to the PlayStation 5 version however it does work and shows up when I click the PlayStation 4 version however I want the PlayStation 5 version that it says I am eligible forcan’t load lineup in lineup have to set through my items
My Team lineup will freeze when adjusting. Makes me add to the lineup through my items menu. Therefore I can’t add a left guard to right guard while in the my items menu, it will make me set the particular one as starter for left guard. I have to remove from lineup go to my items then add a player to the original position he’s intended for.Missing Ranked Rewards
Here we are coming up on 2 weeks past the release of the mut ranked rewards. Working our way to receive some of the highest rewards yet I have yet to receive them. I have posted many discussions trying to find an answer but yet none is provided. This is insane, we all grinded and followed the rules and yet EA finds a way to screw the common man. You are avoiding any discussion and yet to provide us with any update. I’m running into two major issues right now: my game time welcome pack never showed up, and when I opened packs, the players I got (87 OVR DJ Reader being one I remember) straight up vanished. Has anyone else experienced this, or is there a fix?Pack stuck on my account
I got the September ea access back but pressed back before finishing opening. For a day now it’s shown as an unopened pack but when I click it says no packs there. I was half way through opening the pack, is there any way to clear this notification and or open the pack? ThanksEA Terms or Service team
Notice to all EA employees that respond to EA’s most frustrated customers with the blanket response that Terms and Service will answer our questions. THEY DONT. They do not even tell us what we did to get banned or have our coins stolen. My question is not about me getting unbanned so please don’t direct me elsewhere. My question is very direct. Since terms and service doesn’t tell us can you find out what avenue I can use to find out the reason EA banned me from Auction house?Glitching and freezing Madden ultimate teams.
The past 2 or more weeks when comparing stats in ultimate teams the game will freeze then I have to force close the game and reopen in it happens way to often and if it doesn't freeze its glitching and doesn't show the stats at all or boots me out and saying something about the EA server please fix it seriously it's frustrating.
