can’t load lineup in lineup have to set through my items
My Team lineup will freeze when adjusting. Makes me add to the lineup through my items menu. Therefore I can’t add a left guard to right guard while in the my items menu, it will make me set the particular one as starter for left guard. I have to remove from lineup go to my items then add a player to the original position he’s intended for.Missing Ranked Rewards
Here we are coming up on 2 weeks past the release of the mut ranked rewards. Working our way to receive some of the highest rewards yet I have yet to receive them. I have posted many discussions trying to find an answer but yet none is provided. This is insane, we all grinded and followed the rules and yet EA finds a way to screw the common man. You are avoiding any discussion and yet to provide us with any update. I’m running into two major issues right now: my game time welcome pack never showed up, and when I opened packs, the players I got (87 OVR DJ Reader being one I remember) straight up vanished. Has anyone else experienced this, or is there a fix?Pack stuck on my account
I got the September ea access back but pressed back before finishing opening. For a day now it’s shown as an unopened pack but when I click it says no packs there. I was half way through opening the pack, is there any way to clear this notification and or open the pack? ThanksEA Terms or Service team
Notice to all EA employees that respond to EA’s most frustrated customers with the blanket response that Terms and Service will answer our questions. THEY DONT. They do not even tell us what we did to get banned or have our coins stolen. My question is not about me getting unbanned so please don’t direct me elsewhere. My question is very direct. Since terms and service doesn’t tell us can you find out what avenue I can use to find out the reason EA banned me from Auction house?Glitching and freezing Madden ultimate teams.
The past 2 or more weeks when comparing stats in ultimate teams the game will freeze then I have to force close the game and reopen in it happens way to often and if it doesn't freeze its glitching and doesn't show the stats at all or boots me out and saying something about the EA server please fix it seriously it's frustrating.overturned bans / detailed list of SPECIFIC things that trigger a ban.
Please let me know why my ban says overturned but EA has not taken any action to make me whole again? Can EA please provide a better description than “abusing the auction house”. Your software has been known to ban players for making smart transactions using the auction house basically punishing players for being good. If you are trying to stop 3rd parties from making money you don’t have to ban your good customers. Just write code that spoofs out suspected 3rd party player cards from appearing in the auction house. This way if a legitimate player crosses your arbitrary line at least they don’t get banned. Their card will just simply not show up on the auction house and return to their binder. EA is the only company that punishes their customers. Banks constantly are trying to keep thieves from stealing from them. They come up with ways to deter thieves without banning their legitimate customers. . I have been playing MUT for a long time and MUT 25 has to be the worst experience I have every had. For Months I have had desyncs on 80% of the games I play in MUT, only a handful of times I can even remember a game getting to the 2nd half. Every time a player I'm playing against who does a run play, automatic desync. It's not my internet connection my average speed is 450 mbps with an ethernet connection its legitimately because of your poor servers. I have had opponents in games take timeouts at the begin of the 1st quarter sending me messages not to do a run play because of desync on run plays, this is a widespread issue and this should be a priority Madden 26 is around the corner, why should any of us buy that when this Madden and MUT especially is basically unplayable. EA Sports please for the love of god, fix your game, fix your servers and please prove to us that you are not just some money-hungry corporation that doesn't care because that is the energy you are giving your customers. I'm consistently appalled by how lacklustre your effort in these games has become and honestly how greedy you can be, what is the point of micro-transactions and pre-orders bonuses when every year you just disappoint us and produce nothing but faulty games people have to beg you to fix. I spend money on this game, buy packs all for what? EA Sports I'm sorry but please handover the NFL license because you are doing more harm than good. I have been banned from the auction house and my 8,500,000 coins have been reduced to zero. I have zero affiliation with a 3rd party as I do not even know what that means. I have spent over $2000 on MUT Madden 25 and would like to know why EA sports would treat someone that spends $2000 a year with them so poorly. I have yet to receive a response from EA even though I filled out a request form that would remove my ban. again. My question is why would EA Spirts treat me so poorly? given that I spend $2000 a year and have never used a 3rd party whatever that is. I feel that it is very disrespectful to not respond to me.
