The purchased game was not launched, why can't I get a refund?
As shown in the picture, my bill does not support refunds even though the game has not been launched. Unlaunched games can be refunded within 14 days, so why does it show that there are no eligible games for a refund? Game still in library I don't have access to, cant download, cant buy, help
I'll cut right to the chase, I want to play anthem (don't judge me). but I cannot because the game is still in my library from the time I had EA play, every other game has been removed except this one, I cant go to download it because when I do I get the message that access has been removed yada yada yada and to buy it. but I CANNOT BUY IT! because the ONLY OPTION on that damned ea app is to "DOWNLOAD" even though I don't have access to the **bleep** game anymore and it wont download at all. Somebody please remove the **bleep** game from my account so I can actually buy it and play it again. Battlefront 3 Pitch
DEAR EA, My name is Parker and I had an amazing idea if you guys do intend to make Battlefront 3, for the campaign you guys should definitely add more lightsaber missions because the one with Luke was by far the funnest mission I played on there even though it wasn’t much, and also for the multiplayer y’all should add a 1v1 dual ranked mode which would be awesome! You guys did great work for a game made 7 years ago, By far one of the funnest games I had ever played. I’ve been listening to the community and looking at what they want, and I have many great ideas and opportunities for yall to make lots of money. I need help with my account since my email address is no longer available for verification(it was created long time ago, with a deprecated phone number I used to have). On EA help page, I clicked start chat and it shows 9 mins estimated waiting time but after filling out my info it shows return to home page EA help. What happened? Am I banned from using live chat? Game code won't let me play a game I own
So I bought Spore quite a while ago. the CD ROM version!! I used it on an older laptop that was great! Until it died it's own way and was unrecoverable...And now I have a new laptop. Well, I go to use the code and lo and behold it said its already been redeemed....Because of my older laptop. Anywhere I look says to contact EA games but then their AI bot chat says to contact the retailer store? NO. I own the game, let me have it back and have EA games install it for me? A bug in the server for OWC and H2H has completely made online play unplayable as soon as a match connects it drops the connection immediately even for a 14 year old game this game has close to 2k people that play it DAILY. Please don't let this game die it's the ONLY good boxing game out there. These are real boxing enthusiasts that play daily and all they play. There is no other game that comes close to how great this game is. If this game has servers fixed and (maybe an update) there would be so many more players. Look what undisputed did when it dropped, and undisputed doesn't even come close to touching this masterpiece of a game. Mirror's Edge is asking for a Registration Code
I purchased Mirror's Edge with EA Origin years ago and tried installing it with EA App today. The installer is now asking me for a registration code that I don't have because one was not provided with my purchase. Is it possible to activate the game in this case? I thought the EA app would automatically activate the game or at least bypass the registration dialog, but that has not happened.
