Command & Conquer™ The Ultimate Collection
Hi everyone, Like to ask fellow C&C players, It's been a long while since I play C&C Zero Hours and had the craving to play it again. To my notice, I was notified that I had to pay for a membership "EA Play", but I clearly paid the the C&C collection back in 2018. So like to ask what is the problem im facing, do I really need to pay for "EA Play" when I have paid for the full collection? Thanks and regards, Bryan
Mass Effect 3
Since EA closed the Origin site this year and transferred everything to "EA Games" I've been unable to load Mass Effect 3, at all. I get a message that says 'We could not activate Mass Effect 3 on this computer using the account your provided. Please locate your product key to activate the game using your Origin account." Then there is an "Enter Product Key" button that when pushed goes to another error screen presumably because Origin is not around anymore. Nevertheless, I can't get the game to load. I was able to Play ME1 and ME2 but then it wouldn't load any of my previously purchased DLC. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! I've already contacted Tech support and have done literally everything they asked, with no change. I'm also getting the same error messages with all of my other EA games I purchased from the now defunct Origin: Dragon Age series, Dead Space series, Battle Field 3, etc. ANY SUGGESTIONS OUT THERE????FC Moible
Dear EA FC Mobile Team, I’m a passionate player who enjoys the game but feels it needs major improvements to reach its full potential. First, the game suffers from frequent Wi-Fi disconnections and lag, even on strong connections, which causes unfair match losses—an auto-reconnect system and better server stability are urgently needed. There are also bugs like disappearing controls, freezing during gameplay, and quests not tracking progress properly, all of which should be fixed to improve player experience. Most importantly, defending feels unresponsive—player switching is slow, tackles delay, and defenders often don’t react in time. Please make defending more skill-based, faster, and smoother. On top of that, FC Mobile would benefit greatly from features already in FC 26, like gameplay presets (Competitive vs Authentic), smarter AI and goalkeepers, player roles and traits (like PlayStyles), and live knockout tournaments or competitive events. These changes would make the game more fair, immersive, and exciting. I hope this feedback is seriously considered so FC Mobile can become the best it can be.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow Part 1 2 code in 1 account
Hello guys! I would like to report an issue with the reedeming code system in this game. I already had 1 copy of this game and i added to my EA game library succesfully. Thankfully I found another physical copy of the game and I wanted to check if the serial key is reedemed or not on the platform. Unfortunatelly your system not saying anything about it, and you can add 2 licence key to 1 account. I don't wanted that and this is not possible on other platforms. You can't add 2 licence key to your account on Steam etc, because what's the point of it? Can you guys remove the second licence key and it is possible that the second code going to be alive again? It's going to be a gift to my brother... Thank you.
Games keep crashing
My games on EA app keep crashing without an error. It started on EA FC. It kept crashing mid game and never got any error. the game just closed. Thought it had something to do with an EA FC update. But now I tried playing Battlefield 2042 and after playing for a bit it crashed without an error. Both games seem to crash around the same time. PC specs if that matters: CPU: Intel i5-12600K, RAM: 32 GB, GPU: GeForce RTX 4060 Ti.just bought PVZ: Garden Warfare 2 – Confused About EA Email
Hi, I just bought Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 and noticed that there’s an EA email linked that I’ve never seen on my Steam account. I just made my first EA account, so I’m not sure what’s going on. Any help on how to fix or unlink the wrong email from my Steamand this is my second accaunt bcz ea/ubisoft cant semd me emails of any kind and idk why.
Put Alice: Madness Returns Complete Edition on Steam and EA Desktop
I would absolutely love to see the Complete Edition of Alice: Madness Returns be made available on both these platforms, as it is currently not available on either platform, which is especially upsetting because that means there is currently no way to purchase or officially play the first game, American McGee's Alice on PC. For some reason, the game is still available as free DLC on the Xbox store, but PC gamers, the platform where the franchise originated, have just been left in the dust. I feel like you're just leaving money on the table by not having this available, I really hope to see it happen, at least for Alice's 25th birthday this year!Changes for challenge refresh
The latest is very fun, I wanna keep playing it but I have to wait till the next day for more challenges to do to get to the next part of the map and story missions, maybe change it where if we finish all the challenges, it will filter out the ones we have finish for new ones so we have more and more challenges to doScreen freezes while playing games.
Since my DVDs were scratched, I downloaded and installed the game via the EA app. Every time I run Mass Effect 1 freezes 2 or 3 minutes after the game starts. The music goes away and comes back, but the game does not continue. I can't open any windows running in the background. Every time I try to open task manger or else, the Mass Effect screen again appears. I have to close and restart the session or the computer. I was planning to start the Mass Effect series from the beginning and finish it. Is anyone else experiencing this problem and has a solution? Maybe someone else has experienced the same situation in another game.The game control and pack Opening
Your game control are not good and I can't win any of the match. your **bleep**ing is so bad that I open 3k gems pack everyday and I don't get the max ovr players i need to exchange with shards and that lost all my new and so many gems. And my friend who comes in the game rarely and he get max ovr players from 2500 gems pack. Thats not good for a person how play every day. I short i want to say that you need to change the game control and the pack Opening system.
