Is anyone able to help me I’ve been waiting about 2 weeks for some sort of response or solution for the connection issue error I got with the first beta, hoping to actually play the 2nd playtest today. I’ve played almost every beta for last 5-10 years not sure why this year I am struggling to get any help. NHL 27 playtesting question
I signed up for the playtest 3 days before it closed, I heard that everyone who signed up and didnt get a code already would get one today, tuesday. I haven't gotten one, so I was just wondering if the wave of codes has already been sent out or if I just have to give it some time. Hoping a dev or moderator could help me out. I downloaded/attempted to download the playtest with my code but it’s vanished from my Xbox. Hello, I got a code, downloaded the game on Monday, but it doesn’t appear to work. I tried to redeem the code, but it says already redeemed. I signed up for the ea NHL 27 play test got accepted, got a code and when I put the code in on the browser it said it would automatically install to the home xbox, I am not on my own home xbox and dont have any switches left and when I try to put the code in on my xbox it says it is already used.
