Hi EA Team, I hope you're doing well! I’ve been a big fan of Plants vs. Zombies 2 and have been playing it for several years now. I really appreciate all the fun and creativity in the game. I just have a few questions and suggestions: 1. When will a new Arena be released? It’s been a few years since we’ve had a new Arena update. Right now, it feels like there are only new plants being added, but no fresh gameplay modes or challenges. 2. I can’t find Parsnip in the shop or premium plant list. Has it been removed or is it only available at certain times? 3. Could you add more fun bonus features, like: A lucky wheel or daily spin for rewards A “wishing tree” where players can plant seeds and get bonus seed packets Or even some kind of daily mini-games with random prizes 4. Will there be regular monthly events in the future? It would be great to have something special to look forward to every month. Thanks so much for continuing to develop the game. Plant vs zumbi heroes. Bug.
I'm Brazilian and for 2 years now the game has been bugged in Portuguese and I can't find a match. If I change the language on my phone to English, I can solve the problem. Can you please solve this ridiculous bug? I have videos of people using a hack to copy infinite cards and I would like to report it, but there is no easy report button. Thank you.Since the patch
Since the patch and random adds, I have noticed tbat after I win a game and an add follows. I'M not getting credit for the win. I have also noticed sometimes i get double losses when i loss. Too many hackers are abusing treasure chest and nebula, the some how create decks with endless chests. Please increase the cost of the chest or fix the hacking.Matchmaking issue
Hello EA I have a technical issue regarding the matchmaking. I've been playing pvz heroes since June and since then I couldn't get into a single multiplayer match, I am stuck in wooden league. I have restarted the game, disconected and conected again but it's useless, please help meLost Saved Progress and cant get it back
Well i played PVZ2 for a long time. I recently has attached the progress to my ea account. And i deleted that game for some time . After i reinstalled and logged into my account. I saw no progress there. My account had been reset. I cant get any customer help or anything. Can anyone help me?
Game asking for product key?
I haven't played the game in a while and I tried opening the game today and I received this message. I bought the game back into 2019 back on Origin. When I click on enter product key it says I'm offline and to connect online but I am connected to the internet. I also can't buy the game because I already own the game. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but I still got the message.I logged on today and my skins were gone

Any/All of them Summarize your bug: i logged in after a while of not playing, saw my skins, customized them, logged on the next day and they're almost all gone Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It hasnt stopped since i found it So i tried to reply to an EA Admin on a different post like 30 minutes ago, but when i looked back at it a few minutes later i didnt see it anymore. luckily i copied it before i left the tab originally so i could explain to some guys i know and ask them about it as well without completely re-typing it. I saw he got a reply with the format he used to summarize so used the same one here above. But anyway, here it is below pasted back as it was in the other post I just came back to the game yesterday after not playing for a while. I looked in my locker, seeing my skins, and was trying on a few that i never equipped before, and everything was normal. then after a while, my sister wanted to join and fight each other in giddy park. We don't own more than 1 device with the game on it, so we just played split screen. after she logged onto the game, i switched teams to the zombies bc she only wanted to play as the plants. After she was done on the game, i changed back to plants, and my skins were unequipped. i thought maybe it was just a bug, but then today i hopped on the game and tried to re-equip them, but it turns out theyr gone completely. im sorry i dont have much evidence, and i dont remember what they were called unfortunately, but im wondering if i somehow did a bug or something on accident that made them disappear? I know i put in kind of a lot of detail but idk what wouldve caused it to happen so i just figured id include everything i remember doing in case itll help. Im gonna be looking at all the skins in the game and try to find the names of the ones i remember having, i know i had a like 3 legendaries for the dragon plant and maybe others but the dragon is the only one im sure of the rarities for. please help me if you can I think i found the plant skins i lost, but i know i had parts of some sets but not the full skins. I dont have literal photographic memory, but its good enough that im trying to find a site that displays the individual parts of each outfit to see if i can remember the ones i had or at least used. I dont know if i lost any zombie skins bc i never really played that team that much unfortunately. Ill try to send a follow up message maybe tomorrow with the things i can remember seeing. My PvZ game acts like I did not buy it
So today I decided to play PvZ game after a whole three years (medschool.) and it said (see the screens) we could not activate this game on your computer on your origin account, provide the key code or buy it / register in the account it was boight from. Dude it was bought from this account back when EA was Origin, but so were the Sims 4 and it is fine. So then I tried to enter the key code, but the game said my computer was offline which is bull**bleep** of course. I really do not want to buy it again... Does anyone have any idea what to do ?
Progress lost in an update
Clicked on the app and it downloaded an update and once it finished it had deleted all my progress and put me back to the start. I was up to level 20 in Future world , done all things to get it back but it’s gone and done live chat and they can’t help . You can see all my achievements on game centre to prove I was up to that but nothing they can do to fix it they said just a bug :(
