logging in and switching device
Hi everyone, we're still currently on the early access or beta mode so I understand there are some glitches with linking or saving game progress. Recently, I lost my account and game progress. I originally played with my tablet initially as guest account then have created ea account and linked it thereafter. I then logged my account to my mobile phone which I have successfully logged in. I then played again with my tablet but my account have been lost as well as my progress. I contacted the support, if im not mistaken, their explanation was "Since you linked your EA account only recently, your previous game progress is likely saved under your guest account or another account you used before linking. Unfortunately, progress doesn’t automatically transfer when you link a new account." I got confused just because you started playing with guest account (which im sure everyone does when the game starts) then have the option to link it thereafter. What happened to me, started playing as guest account then link it thereafter then opened it on the another device, which then I have lost it. thus I think its better just saving in google rather than EA account? or I just had a bad customer service explanation? I'm really confuse and it does not make sense for allowing you to link your account. Will be really open to advice as planning to buy passes when the game will be on full launch that's why I'm not bothered as of the moment as it is beta THANK YOUUPvZ2: Game Constantly Crashing on iPad
So frustrated. Cleared cache, iPad is up-to-date, restarted iPad, deleted and reinstalled game. Penny’s Pursuit crashes as soon as my game is over; cannot collect gems to move on. Extras “Play Extra Hard Modern Day Levels” crashing when I get to Level 8. Arena crashes often, causing me to lose Gauntlets. Literally no game play. Ridiculous.
All the Pool Zombies and Volcanic Zombies Health are way too high
As titled say all the pool and volcanic zombies health are higher than the previous version, Its way too high plus the modifier on each level making it way too much higher is literally impossible to defeat it Are the devs double checking and testing this changes everytime? Bcoz of it even weekly meter is now impossible to fill up bcoz all the target zombies are hard to defeat and progressing through levels is been halted by a lot Zombies get more buffs than the plants and its duping hilarious Please fix this asap and better double check everything before releasing an updateGameplay issues on PvZ 3:
Let's start by saying that when you put the fusions they don't fuse immediately but sometimes it counts and other times it doesn't. Then the levels have become a bit with too many zombies, please fix the difficulty level which has now become impossible to play [CM - Moved from PvZ IT to EN Boards. Hello EA Support, I’m playing Plants vs Zombies 2 on iOS and I encountered two issues: 1️⃣ During the recent Zoybean Pod’s World (Penny’s Pursuit) event, I completed all difficulty levels (including 3 chili), but I didn’t receive the Power Mint reward. 2️⃣ In the current Lawn of Doom event, the game shows all missions as completed even though I haven’t played them yet. I already tried “Restore Purchases” and restarting the app, but nothing changed. Could you please check my account and restore the missing rewards or reset my event progress? Locked Tasks
I recently beat all 200 levels. I log on daily to complete my daily tasks and realized one of the tasks is to complete a level on the first try. This challenge is impossible if you have finished all 200 levels. I'm worried this may affect my ability to complete the pass because I have the premium pass and want the last reward on the track. Please fix ASAP!!! :(
