Not scrolling down
Hello, I have an issue when choosing plants for the level. I just can't scroll down to choose plants from other mints. I tried to delete and reinstall, but it only made worse, as my old account has been deleted (I guess, because i cannot log in it again). So, what would be the solution? Any answer is appriciated... (My device is Samsung s10 ultra, so it can't be the problem)
Plant vs zumbi heroes. Bug.
I'm Brazilian and for 2 years now the game has been bugged in Portuguese and I can't find a match. If I change the language on my phone to English, I can solve the problem. Can you please solve this ridiculous bug? I have videos of people using a hack to copy infinite cards and I would like to report it, but there is no easy report button. Thank you.Since the patch
Since the patch and random adds, I have noticed tbat after I win a game and an add follows. I'M not getting credit for the win. I have also noticed sometimes i get double losses when i loss. Too many hackers are abusing treasure chest and nebula, the some how create decks with endless chests. Please increase the cost of the chest or fix the hacking.Matchmaking issue
Hello EA I have a technical issue regarding the matchmaking. I've been playing pvz heroes since June and since then I couldn't get into a single multiplayer match, I am stuck in wooden league. Hello, this is a bug in PVZ heroes. I’m reporting it here because this is where the “report a bug” button sent me. Anyways, onto the issue: The nibble card (a plant gets -1/-1, if it dies, conjure a gourmet) causes the game to break when it is played on and destroys any variety of potato mine (including primal). The way that the game breaks is that it doesn’t allow you to continue beyond the tricks step, even after tapping the continue button and doing the animation that confirms that the button has been pressed. The game doesn’t freeze or move on once your turn timer is expended. I’ve only run into this bug in online play and only after it was reworked to conjure a card (ngl, I think that it should still gain the life). If this bug could be fixed, that would be much appreciated.Lost Saved Progress and cant get it back
Well i played PVZ2 for a long time. I recently has attached the progress to my ea account. And i deleted that game for some time . After i reinstalled and logged into my account. I saw no progress there. My account had been reset. I cant get any customer help or anything. Can anyone help me?Diamonds removed
Every time I play piñata party for the last week, it removes 10+ diamonds when I win. I couldn’t figure out where/when my diamonds were dissapearing until today, after I screen shotted between each level. I just won piñata party, exited the level to see 10 fewer diamonds, and then because I had hit 8 daily challenges, I was “rewarded” 10 diamonds back.Syria, As-Suwayda Plants vs. Zombies 3 Improved
Message to Plants vs Zombies Development Team - Regarding the Deleted 2020 Version Hello Plants vs Zombies Development Team, I am a big fan of the game and have been following the series for a long time. I want to share an important note regarding the beta version that was deleted in 2020. This version was excellent and received a lot of support from players. Many of them are still trying to find ways to play it because it remains their favorite. Therefore, I kindly ask you to seriously consider re-releasing this version or a large part of its features, as it truly improved the player experience and added a unique touch to the series. I also have a suggestion to release the third installment in two ways: The first release based on the options and features that players voted for. A second release dedicated to fans of the old 2020 version, giving them the chance to play it again. This way, you can better satisfy your audience and increase support and engagement with the game. I hope you take this idea into consideration, and I wish you success in developing the game. Thank you for listening and for your continued support to the players!
