Mahjong Sanctuary Challenge
Today's Mahjong Sanctuary Challenge does not allow repeated boards. I have maxed out the number of boards at level 2150. Yeah, that's how often I play that game. I max out all new levels and have for years. To win 500 feathers, I need to complete 7 boards in a row without failing. Well, how can I do that if I've played to the max level, and you are not allowed to repeat boards? I see so many game issues on these forums. I have some serious concerns here! I have been a paying customer for every consecutive month for well over 20 years! I play games on the site every single day. What actual value am I getting for a product with so many issues? Worse, being able to actually talk to a real customer support person is impossible. The "beta" AI keeps offering me completely irrelevant issue ideas. I get sent around and around and around with irrelevant replies and can't ever get to actually making a ticket or talking to a live person. Again, what value is there in a brand that has so many issues? As a very loyal customer for 23 some years, this is a very serious and valid concern. Please DO escalate this to actual customer support people. The CS AI is an absolute fail right now. So frustrating.Old computer died, can't get on old email
My old computer died (all in one and the screen/everything just went poof) so like all my passwords went poof. I had a yahoo email with 2 step verify on but whenever I go to log into that specific email it asks to send a code to my phone or one of my recovery emails. I get the code on my phone or on my other recovery email but yahoo blocks me (probably cause its a new computer but dude a hacker isn't going to have my phone). So anyways I can't get in. I know I had club pogo for like 3 months and I wanted to log in/play but its saying my username isn't valid (MenSuckBigTime3) I know it was back in the day when you could actually change your username and by the time I was over that stage they blocked you from changing. Anyways that was the username and the email which I have zero ways to access (though i have the recovery email/phone codes but yahoo isn't letting me in). I thought maybe I used this account to log in but its not showing anything for clubpogo or history which makes me think it was my other email. I need a way to reset my password without being able to log in or I'll have to just tell my bank to block clubpogo. Seriously frustrating trying to get into all my old accounts and getting locked out because I'm on a new pc (also my PW for my yahoo is the right PW) but I have no clue what is going on there so just a suggestion folks start writing your passwords in a physical book in your house/updating them as time goes on with dates so you don't end up in a position like me where you can't access most of your stuff (highly annoying/frustrating experience).
PLEASE HELP - MISSING GEMS
I tried "contact us" and the chat option but I keep getting an error message. My account was HACKED by my five year old while I was at work. I don't know how he managed to make six separate purchases in games and I don't even know what games it was in, but I was shocked to see he spent 363 gems!! I have been a member since around 2004 and never had this issue. Is there any way to get them back or to lock it so he cannot purchase these when his dad is watching him. I told him he cannot play the game when I am not home until I figure it out. I hope you can help me. I might make him his own account to play the simple games. Also, my MERGE game has been glitching all day and not saving my progress. I left a message about that in the forum, and I believe it's being worked on. Have to bet a total of 50,000. I bought in 4 times early this morning. Played a long time with those purchases too. Stopped to take a coffee break and came back later to discover ZERO progress made towards that 50K. Not only affects the daily but also that 7 day challenge. Also, can't seem to claim my 4 (maybe 3) awards! Unfortunately your progress could not be saved. Wasting my coins for daily! Not getting rewards I've already earned. Now I won't get the 7 day challege either???Still many issues with Jungle Gin
In Jungle Gin, when did it stop giving you points when your opponent quits the game and leaves? I have been within 10 points of winning quite a few games lately and the opponents leave! You are constantly losing your connection...and it is NOT my internet. Games won't load, etc. These issues have been ongoing to months.Merge Academy - The scoring doesn't make sense
The scoring of this game is so backwards. If you calculate the return on investment for the customer orders, you make fewer purple gems the larger the order. The most efficient way to progress through the levels is to just convert some of the items you produce directly to gems. For example, I have an order for a "Phone of Magic" and a "Table of Spells" that yields 161 purple gems. The cost for those items is 3072 energies. That's a little over 19 energies per purple gem. On the other hand, a "Magic Folder" costs 4 energies and can be directly converted to 1 purple gem. So, if I ignore the order and just convert "Magic Folder" to purple gems, I can get 161 purple gems for 644 energies. That's about 1/5th the cost. In effect, the scoring penalizes you for playing the game. The game was fun but now that I've seen this it just seems ridiculous.Bejeweled Stars Difficulty Issue
I've been playing Bejeweled Stars for a long time and wait patiently for the new levels to open up. However, the new levels are so difficult that I am continually spending a large amount of coins to finish a level. Geez, throw me a bone once in awhile. This is getting tiresome and costly to play a game I enjoyed for many years. I challenge game mods to complete a level without spending. I am going to stop playing a game I enjoyed, challenging levels included, because of the constant need to feed the pogo money grab.
