In Jungle Gin, when did it stop giving you points when your opponent quits the game and leaves? I have been within 10 points of winning quite a few games lately and the opponents leave! You are constantly losing your connection...and it is NOT my internet. Games won't load, etc. These issues have been ongoing to months.gjpuy269dh4 days agoRising Novice16Views0likes0Comments- BRIANTARDIF14 days agoSeasoned Newcomer17Views1like0Comments
Merge Academy - The scoring doesn't make sense
The scoring of this game is so backwards. If you calculate the return on investment for the customer orders, you make fewer purple gems the larger the order. The most efficient way to progress through the levels is to just convert some of the items you produce directly to gems. For example, I have an order for a "Phone of Magic" and a "Table of Spells" that yields 161 purple gems. The cost for those items is 3072 energies. That's a little over 19 energies per purple gem. On the other hand, a "Magic Folder" costs 4 energies and can be directly converted to 1 purple gem. So, if I ignore the order and just convert "Magic Folder" to purple gems, I can get 161 purple gems for 644 energies. That's about 1/5th the cost. In effect, the scoring penalizes you for playing the game. The game was fun but now that I've seen this it just seems ridiculous.NiceSwatSf11 days agoRising Newcomer32Views0likes0CommentsPogo Customer Service Phone Number
🛑 There Is NO Pogo Customer Service Telephone Number Pogo discontinued all telephone support several years ago. Any phone number that claims to be Pogo Customer Service, Pogo Support Team or Pogo EA Team is operated by scammers attempting to obtain your information and resources. The Rise of Spoofing Remember when caller ID first came out and you could finally see who was calling? Caller ID names were once dependable. Not anymore. 📍 Scammers can now alter caller ID names and make the call look like it's from any place - your local area code, a business, even official offices. 📍 They can purchase "burner numbers" - cheap, disposable phone numbers that can be replaced in minutes. If one number gets blocked, they just buy another. 📍 Local area codes don't mean local calls - Scammers can specifically use an area code because you're more likely to trust and answer it. 📍 If you have seen or received a phone number purporting to be Pogo Support - IT IS A SCAM. So, when your phone rings, the number you see might not be the real caller. That's exactly what "spoofing" means. You're not doing anything wrong — technology changed, not you. Scammers are simply taking advantage of it anywhere they can, hoping to trick good people who still trust their phones. Please protect yourself and our community. If you happen to come across a Pogo phone number shared on the internet, receive an email instructing you to "contact us immediately", or visit a third-party website that requests you to call a Pogo number, it is 100% a scam! Legitimate companies do not post random phone numbers on sites that are not their own, email you asking you to call them, or ask you to call numbers from pop‑ups or ads. When in doubt, hang up and go directly to the official website on your own. 🌟Discover Pogo on these official platforms (links also at the bottom of the homepage of Pogo): Pogo on Facebook Pogo on X Pogo on YouTube Pogo on Instagram211Views3likes0CommentsPogo Insider Spotlight - 3/12 - EA_Lanna

I was recently reading about the history of Solitaire and came across a few facts that I honestly didn’t expect. Solitaire was originally added to early Windows mainly to help people learn how to use a mouse (dragging and dropping cards). For a long time, Solitaire was one of the most played computer games in the world. In the 1990s, some workplaces actually blocked Solitaire because employees were spending too much time playing it. The classic version most people know is Klondike Solitaire, but there are actually hundreds of different Solitaire variations. I always thought it was just a simple card game to pass time, but its history and impact on early computer users is actually pretty interesting.sapna12421 days agoSeasoned Novice40Views2likes0CommentsOlder Diamond Badges
Hi please bring back the older diamond badges of the games at a lower cost ! Thank you .TisJustMe201125 days agoSeasoned Newcomer16Views0likes0CommentsCozy Chalet Challenge Collections
I want to know what happened to the Cozy Chalet Badge Collections. It was suppose to be available until March 31st!!! This is what it stated on Pogo Insider Date 2/9/2026: "Cozy Chalet Badge Collection runs now through 3/31! Settle in for winter warmth with our Cozy Chalet Badge Collection. New packs arrive monthly from January to March." I wanted to buy the last package of the Cozy Chalet Badge Collection and should still be there until March 31st!!! It's only March 1st!!! Now, if you click on it from the main pogo page, it shows a different and brand new collection called Harvest Haul. What is the deal here???? I posted this above in Pogo forums only. However, I am posting this here. I received a reply from another Pogo player stating that they posted somewhere on forums and facebook that it would only be available until Feb. 28th instead. This was my reply to the post from another Pogo player: That's not fair one bit, if they post certain dates then they should honor those dates!! I don't have facebook, and I don't go reading everything in forums. I am not contacting Pogo Sconnie, everyone has stated before you can't cause of mailbox being full. I shouldn't have to either. I will go complain in EA/Pogo forum as well. Tired of this pogo BS. Pogo needs to honor the dates without creating another problem. Bunch of BSajf6lclt049n1 month agoRising Novice40Views0likes0CommentsDid you know not every Klondike Solitaire game is winnable?
I recently found out that in Klondike, some deals are actually impossible to solve — even if you make all the right moves. It’s not always about skill. Sometimes the way the cards are arranged from the start just doesn’t allow a win. What’s interesting is that the win rate changes depending on the rules: 1-card draw vs 3-card draw Unlimited redeals vs limited redeals I’m curious — does anyone know the approximate win percentage under the EA version’s rules? And are all deals technically solvable, or not? Would love to hear thoughts from more experienced players.sapna1241 month agoSeasoned Novice97Views0likes0CommentsSolitaire - Tips for a new player?
Hey everyone 👋 This is my first post here, so please go easy on me 😄 I just wanted to talk about Solitaire for a bit. I’ve been playing it regularly lately, and it’s honestly one of those games that looks simple but gets surprisingly strategic the more you play. Sometimes I win in a few minutes, and other times I get completely stuck even though I thought I was playing smart. Do you guys have any small tips that actually made a big difference in your win rate? Like move order, when to draw from the stock, or how long to hold certain cards? Would love to hear how others approach it!sapna1241 month agoSeasoned Novice70Views3likes0Commentssolitaire home story
on quests when you have to get so many coins you end up out of time to complete any more quests because you don't get enough coins to complete the quest within the time. you run out of energy games you can play. even when you go back and play for hours....barbiedolli1011 month agoRising Traveler22Views0likes0CommentsQuinn aquarium

I know we all spend a lot of time griping about the different issues and glitches that arise on the EA/Pogo sites (notice I say WE, I'm not remotely excluding myself ) but I'd just like to say thanks to Pogo_Sconnie and the multitude of other advisors that try to assist players when and where they can. Having worked in the customer service field for over 15 years, I know that their jobs are stressful and sometimes feel overworked and unappreciated, so this is simply a thank you for working patiently (and seemingly endlessly) on our behalves.shanonrowland1 month agoRising Traveler21Views1like0Comments
