What are Pogi's and Available Memberships?
What are pogi's good for? This platform used to be a lot of fun. You had a chance of possibly winning something. The challenges are now more focused on you needing more (hey buy some gems) than should ever be expected. I tried "contact us" and the chat option but I keep getting an error message. My account was HACKED by my five year old while I was at work. I don't know how he managed to make six separate purchases in games and I don't even know what games it was in, but I was shocked to see he spent 363 gems!! I have been a member since around 2004 and never had this issue. Is there any way to get them back or to lock it so he cannot purchase these when his dad is watching him. I told him he cannot play the game when I am not home until I figure it out. I hope you can help me. I might make him his own account to play the simple games. Also, my MERGE game has been glitching all day and not saving my progress. I left a message about that in the forum, and I believe it's being worked on. I had to reset my browser settings for reasons not relevant here. When I tried to sign in again, I was not given the opportunity to enter my credentials; I was only given the option to sign up for another account. I have paid for my membership and want to access what I have paid for. Trying to reset password, or reset account are not working. And the support options are ridiculous in their lack of answers. I hope someone here can assist. I just want to access my old stuff: playing for close to 20 years is a lot of progress to lose. Thanks for any help. Pogo Canasta has a cheating issue
Going to cancel my long time use of EA I play pogo canasta, am an excellent player, yet no matter what I do, these high scorer players just take over the game and I lose no matter what - I am soooo sick of this scam game - these players have scores of 1200 and over, they cheat on every level if by chance, I am winning against one of these cheating scammers, they freeze the game so i cannot win. Why was Risk taking off, I have been a member since 2008 & Pogo seems to be getting worst not better. The new games are not very good & some of games that need to be retired still linger on. Possibility to recover old Pogo account? Unable to receive migration email
Hello EA/Pogo members, I just got off chat support whom were unable to assist me in the matter and was unable to help me escalate it to a higher technical department. As with many I'm sure, I had an old Pogo account with a Club Pogo membership back in the 2000's with a lot of history. Gems, badges, tokens, etc. Lost touch with it when I was unable to have more free time to play the games so my account went untouched and Club Pogo membership was cancelled. It wasn't until today I saw that EA is keeping Pogo alive and now I am very interested in getting back into it to relive the old days and some of the nostalgic games. I currently have an EA ID, but this ID is not the same as my old account that I am seeking to recover. I read that accounts before the 2018 migration had to be signed in once during the migration period, however due to having an old AOL account which got disabled around the late 2000's, I never received notice of any migration period, and that I needed to sign in to keep that account. The chat support rep said that the old accounts aren't technically deleted from the system, it's just they can't recover it since it wasn't migrated and more than likely don't have the tools or permissions to do so through chat. I am wondering if there's any technical support reps who roam these forums that could offer me some good news in recovering and possibly transferring my old Pogo account to this current account so that I can continue where I left off. If not, then that's devastating news and I will more than likely just have to take the loss and start over. I would love to see all my old badges and mini items that I had purchased with gems back in the day if that's even still possible. If any support rep can assist me in the matter I'd greatly appreciate it if you can send me a message to my inbox so that I can provide you with my old login details and anything else that may be needed to help verify that it's my account. Game lagging for many days now, making it very frustrating to play. I did all the clearing cache memory and stuff... still lagging. The problem is clearly on your end.
