Risk Domination - Game Retired
Why was Risk taking off, I have been a member since 2008 & Pogo seems to be getting worst not better. The new games are not very good & some of games that need to be retired still linger on. Game lagging for many days now, making it very frustrating to play. I did all the clearing cache memory and stuff... still lagging. The problem is clearly on your end. I played the special event for this game on Pogo.com. I then went on to the next section Island Progress #49 OUT TO PASTURE. But when I click on #661 to start it just clinks. Won't open game to play. Can't figure out how to get ahold of anyone without going through pages and pages. It should not be this difficult to get responses or get to the proper help page for assistance. Also, when asked what platform are you using, what do you mean? I tried filling out a help sheet but couldn't get past that stage since I didn't know what platform you were talking about. I liked playing Matching moments at first, but it got too hard, too fast. I'm rank 2, and can't win a level now. Unlike solitaire home story, there is no way to earn power ups with goals or spins etc. I have been on the same level for days, and I am so frustrated. What is the point of the sweet play button? I can find no description of what it is supposed to do and any attempt to use it complete a challenge involving it merely sends me to the same level and shopkeeper every time. Also, no matter which shop i'm in, if I click on next level, it (again) goes to that same shopkeeper and level. Again, this feature does nothing but cause frustration. EA has already cemented its reputation as one of the greediest and most anti-consumer gaming companies out there. They force players into predatory monetization schemes, shove microtransactions down our throats, and treat their games as cash cows rather than quality entertainment. But if you ever run into a problem? Good luck—because EA has NO SUPPORT AT ALL. I paid for a game, yet I CAN’T EVEN PLAY IT. Normally, you’d expect a company of this size to have a working support system, right? WRONG. EA’s website offers NO way to contact support. No live chat, no email, no ticket system—NOTHING. Every attempt to get help just leads you in circles, pushing you toward useless FAQ pages that solve absolutely nothing. EA isn’t just bad at selling games fairly—they deliberately avoid responsibility for the products they sell. They happily take your money but refuse to lift a finger when something goes wrong. This company has completely abandoned customer support. I’m done wasting my time and money on a company that doesn’t even have the decency to support its paying customers. EA is nothing more than a money-hungry, soulless corporation that cares about profits—NOT players. It has been a whole month, and I’m still searching for a way to contact EA. Nothing. No response. Is there a Glitch in card scramble?
I am on level 1-19 and need to make two flush hands. It lets me make one then states no more moves. There are only two lit spaces that you can place cards all the other cards are filled in. I hope someone can help me. I purchased 250 gems on 5/22 for $19.99. My bank statement shows that pogo (ea) charged me $19.99 twice on 5/22, then again another $19.99 on 5/23! I have been all over the pogo help sites and the ea help sites, and there is no where to request a refund for an overcharged gem purchase. I've seen other players in the forums that had this same problem, and although they followed pogo's advice, their issues were never resolved. I will probably have to go thru my bank.
