PLEASE HELP - MISSING GEMS
I tried "contact us" and the chat option but I keep getting an error message. My account was HACKED by my five year old while I was at work. I don't know how he managed to make six separate purchases in games and I don't even know what games it was in, but I was shocked to see he spent 363 gems!! I have been a member since around 2004 and never had this issue. Is there any way to get them back or to lock it so he cannot purchase these when his dad is watching him. I told him he cannot play the game when I am not home until I figure it out. I hope you can help me. I might make him his own account to play the simple games. Also, my MERGE game has been glitching all day and not saving my progress. I left a message about that in the forum, and I believe it's being worked on. Thank You, MOSEAN2
Poker Town Daily challenge 3/29/26
Have to bet a total of 50,000. I bought in 4 times early this morning. Played a long time with those purchases too. Stopped to take a coffee break and came back later to discover ZERO progress made towards that 50K. Not only affects the daily but also that 7 day challenge. Also, can't seem to claim my 4 (maybe 3) awards! Unfortunately your progress could not be saved. Wasting my coins for daily! Not getting rewards I've already earned. Now I won't get the 7 day challege either???Still many issues with Jungle Gin
In Jungle Gin, when did it stop giving you points when your opponent quits the game and leaves? I have been within 10 points of winning quite a few games lately and the opponents leave! You are constantly losing your connection...and it is NOT my internet. Games won't load, etc. These issues have been ongoing to months.Merge Academy - The scoring doesn't make sense
The scoring of this game is so backwards. If you calculate the return on investment for the customer orders, you make fewer purple gems the larger the order. The most efficient way to progress through the levels is to just convert some of the items you produce directly to gems. For example, I have an order for a "Phone of Magic" and a "Table of Spells" that yields 161 purple gems. The cost for those items is 3072 energies. That's a little over 19 energies per purple gem. On the other hand, a "Magic Folder" costs 4 energies and can be directly converted to 1 purple gem. So, if I ignore the order and just convert "Magic Folder" to purple gems, I can get 161 purple gems for 644 energies. That's about 1/5th the cost. In effect, the scoring penalizes you for playing the game. The game was fun but now that I've seen this it just seems ridiculous.Bejeweled Stars Difficulty Issue
I've been playing Bejeweled Stars for a long time and wait patiently for the new levels to open up. However, the new levels are so difficult that I am continually spending a large amount of coins to finish a level. Geez, throw me a bone once in awhile. This is getting tiresome and costly to play a game I enjoyed for many years. I challenge game mods to complete a level without spending. I am going to stop playing a game I enjoyed, challenging levels included, because of the constant need to feed the pogo money grab.
Game glitches lately - Unfair for the cost of membership
I am having major problems lately in both Daily Sudoku and Lucky Cat Bongo. I am due to renew soon, and am debating not doing so, as too many games are messing up now. You update things and then games won't load, play, or you get frozen out. For the cost, this is ridiculous. I come here to play games and relax. Lucky Cat Bingo just took my tokens (1000) as I was trying to lay the 4 board game. It came up, but was frozen on me, Numbers came up, but I couldn't do anything. I waited awhile, and when I refreshed, it just sat there loading and would do nothing. I could see tokens at 9 though. if it started, I'd have had to play free games to get that back. Also Daily Sudoku has been 'taking' my days counts away from me. If it's not every day, it's every other or so, Constantly does it after I KNOW I played them. I checked and saw they were shown as played that day. The only way to get them "back" if you will is to buy the keys. I don't buy gems, so when I am gifted the jeys I hold the, They have now ALL been used. This should not be happening. This is just unfair for the cost of membership. If you are going to post games, and constantly add more, or change games I can no longer win, I will think long and hard as to if I want to renew this month. rest assured, I know I will be the only one missing the games; but I don't like wasting that money for glitched like this. I was recently reading about the history of Solitaire and came across a few facts that I honestly didn’t expect. Solitaire was originally added to early Windows mainly to help people learn how to use a mouse (dragging and dropping cards). For a long time, Solitaire was one of the most played computer games in the world. In the 1990s, some workplaces actually blocked Solitaire because employees were spending too much time playing it. The classic version most people know is Klondike Solitaire, but there are actually hundreds of different Solitaire variations. I always thought it was just a simple card game to pass time, but its history and impact on early computer users is actually pretty interesting.I play Solitaire regularly but something about it still confuses me
I’ve been playing Microsoft Solitaire pretty regularly, and there’s something I’ve always wondered about. Sometimes in Klondike Solitaire, the game feels completely stuck — like no matter what move you try, there’s just no way to finish it. I try different moves and strategies, but occasionally it still ends up impossible. So my genuine question is: are some Solitaire games actually unwinnable, or is there always a solution that I’m just missing? Curious to hear what other players think.
