Another game crash report
I'm running Android 16 on a Pixel 6a. The game crashes every time I try to expand City Storage. Material Storage expands without a game crash. I do have another device, an older device, that I log into and upgrade City Storage that way, then switch back to my main device. After reading the forums, I doubt this will be fixed. I thought I would perform my due diligence, though. I'll likely just play something else with all the evidence of bugs going unresolved.Buildings from the old seasons of the mayor's pass
Dear developers, I wanted to share an idea for the game. The beauty of playing Simcity Buildit, beyond the strategy, is being able to build your own world however you want, And the Mayor's Pass buildings offer unique freedom. It's just a shame for those who started playing later (Example: I'm starting this season now and I see buildings from older seasons and I say, "Wow, I wish I had that.") or simply wish they were never available again after the season. It would be nice to be able to have them even after, for example, with a paid pass or with other missions. This would give greater creative freedom than what everyone wants when they install the game. I hope I have been clear, and I hope you will accept my request. Every Design Contest, there's an offer to get some keys and more coins. It's like 6 or 7 dollars for the bundle. I bought it once, never again, because those coins can only be used in a single contest. The keys and the small amount of sim cash don't make it worth it, not for that price. So here's my idea: Keep the price the same for all I care. But at least extend the coin increase the player gets to the entire DC season. You buy the pass, you get 23.000 instead of 15.000 coins for the entire season, not just one match. I would like to be able to build special roads in the DC, but obviously I'm not going to spend 7 dollars for every match, cause that would mean like 56 dollars in total each month. To build roads in a city that disappears once the match is over. This isn't a reasonable price, in my opinion. 7 dollars for a full month would be more acceptable. What might also be an idea: Allow us to build a DC bank (one that lasts), much like the Neo bank. Maybe we can spend some blueprints every season on it, so that our coin capacity increases every season. For example: you expand your bank once, you get 16.000 instead of 15.000 coins at the start of each match. Another increase, you get 17.000 and so on. Players who don't care much about some of the buildings in a certain season, they could instead expand their DC coins capacity so that they can make nicer designs when a season with more interesting rewards arrives that they do want to fully commit to. Just an idea that might be worth considering.More Mountain Buildings
More exclusive mountain buildings are needed. Currently, there are far more beach buildings than mountain buildings. For example, in my cities, only the Green Valley region is not fully equipped with unique beach buildings, so only a few are missing. In contrast, the Frosty Fjords region is almost entirely lacking in mountain buildings because there are far fewer special mountain buildings than beach buildings. My suggestion is to add more exclusive mountain buildings, instead of releasing two or more new beach buildings every season. Please consider adding new free mountain buildings (purchased with in-game currency like SimCash or Simoleons, …) for the upcoming seasons.
Grid glitch. Screen freeze.
Playing on iPad 8th Gen running on iPadOS 26.4. This glitch is not allowing me to play the game. It appears every time I enter build mode. The screen freezes with it. It’s been awhile. Had software and game updates and it’s still here. Idk, what to do anymore. Help pls. Thank you.Suggestion: Allow Direct Purchase of Cat Coins for Pet Event
Hi EA team, I’d like to suggest adding an option to purchase Cat Coins directly for the Pets Amusement Park event. As a pet lover, I really enjoy this event - the design is creative and fun, and I’m especially interested in upgrading the Pets Amusement Park building. I’ve already supported the event by purchasing some boosters, but due to work commitments, I don’t always have enough time to progress through the Mayor’s Pass and earn seasonal currency to convert into Cat Coins. Because of this, it’s quite difficult to collect enough Cat Coins before the event ends, and I may not be able to upgrade the building as much as I’d like. Currently, there are options to purchase items like Blueprints, Mayor’s Pass points, and event points, etc. It would be really helpful if players also had the option to buy Cat Coins directly, especially for those who are willing to spend but have limited time to grind. Personally, I would prefer buying Cat Coins directly rather than purchasing the Mayor’s Pass and receiving additional items I don’t necessarily need, just to get Cat Coins. I believe this option would benefit both players and the game. Thanks for considering this suggestion!
Screen freezing
Hi, after the latest major update the game has become very annoyingly slow. For example, when I collect items from the shop or factory, the screen freezes. The same freezing happens in every situation when moving around the screen. I’m using an iPad M2. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?Why was my post marked as spam and removed?
I had made a legitimate comment on a game mechanic, I was not rude or offensive in any way I can imagine, and yet my comment was removed as spam. How could a comment possibly be spam? Please explain for the benefit of all those who comment on this forum. Not the first time one of my comments has been removed for a reason that made no sense.Major bug
For over a week I have been unable to log on to the game. This is in addition to the continual hang out of the game that has happened since it’s “upgrade” of services. Obviously, I’ve lost a week of COM. Fortunately, I’d already completed it. the usual delete/reinstal doesn’t work. ive also reported other glitches that have not been resolved by the “help” team. this situation really isn’t good enough. btw, I’ve played every version of SimCity from its first appearance and never had this kind of disgusting, untested, debugged “upgrade”. are all the programmers on drugs?Reporting my city's train rail bug
I believe the most important part in train system in this game is how the rails are connected to each other. However, I saw that the rail in my Green Valley's bridge is not connected to each side. Add new features to Game Center on iOS and fixes as well
Add more Game Center technologies on iOS, like leaderboard challenges and more achievements. By the way, there is a big problem with Game Center for existing players who already achieved achievements, which causes a problem where they get unlocked within the game, but not on Game Center so please make Game Center and the game synced to avoid problemsMake the game available on Mac with crossplay and synced cloud play
Make the game available on Mac with crossplay and synced cloud play. Having SimCity build it on Mac is so amazing, with support for keyboard, shortcuts, and mouse and trackpad as well, so I can jump in right from my iPhone or iPad to my Mac and resume playing from where I left off.
