Railroad bridges on Frosty Fjords
I’m having an issue with the railroads on this zone. The limits to the railroad bridges have somehow moved outside of the bridges and don’t let me build roads across them. One even deleted a road already there. Also, I’m trying to post pictures for the devs and the forum doesn’t let me.New Oktoberfest Competition
Has anyone looked at the new competition yet and wondered how on earth you can buy any of the buildings for the journal? I've collected 8000 pretzels so far but you can only exchange them for a pittance of the Oktoberfest cash. So far today all I've got is 1007. That's exchanging pretzels throughout the day. Most of the buildings are 25k...hows that gonna work then? Even over 26 days that wouldn't be enough to purchase more than one building. Or am I missing something???SimCity BuildIt Game Crash
Since the release of Festival Munich I am no longer able to visit the Green Valley Region the app crashes. I have turned off my iPhone completely and have deleted and reinstalled the app, the same crash occurs. I’m using iOS 18.6.2 on iPhone 15 Pro Max and have 761 gigabytes available.September 17, 2025, Update cannot visit Green Valley
After today's update, I am no longer able to travel to Green Valley. IF I try to visit Green Valley, I am thrown out of the game. I have checked for OS updates, done several hard shut downs, cleared everything I can think of and still no improvement. This makes the game virtually unplayable. Please advise.Bug
While playing SimCity BuildIt on my iPad, the screen randomly fills with pink and purple squares and large black blocks. When this happens the game becomes unresponsive or completely freezes. I have already updated both iOS and the game to the latest versions, reinstalled the app, and restarted the device multiple times, but the issue persists. Other apps and games on the iPad work normally.Premium Mayor's Pass + for SimCity BuildIt
On 9/17/25 I purchased the Premium Mayor's Pass Plus for $8.99. I got a quick pop up saying there was a mistake and it would be fixed in 24 hours. Well 24 hours has passed by 7 hours and nothing has been done. Even though I have paid for the Plus pass, they are only giving me the regular premium pass, which is 5 advanced tiers. I have already played thru 8 tiers. I have not collected anything. My payment has already cleared my bank. I tried to contact EA and I get a nice long list of things I need in order to contact them. I'm down to "What Console am I using. I'm not using a console. I am using Blue Stacks on my PC to play SimCity Buildit. No matter what I put into the box, it comes back, not found and to use better key words. I just want what I paid real money for in game.
