Take Money and Block
Hi All, Long time player, first time poster. Been getting fed up for a while now; the complete lack of listening to customer feedback and turning the entire game into a money grab. Obviously then the Oktoberfest season was a complete farce with the impossibility of completing due to the worst exchange rates in human history. But this has pushed me over the edge; a paying player, who has paid for the monthly premium pass for a long time, made these points on their Instagram page after EA had replied to another player claiming they loved hearing players feedback. I couldn't resist and I don't like liars. I may also have said I hope the rumours the PIF were looking to buy EA Sports were true as they might actually have to improve and expand the game......... And EA blocked me. A paying customer gets blocked for pointing out their lies and giving negative feedback. Thanks EA! That's just insulting and when I queried it on their customer service page 3 days ago...... I've just been ignored. I am done with EA...... Completely and utterly done. The level of arrogance to block your revenue stream is insane. The level of arrogance needed to constantly ignore your customers wishes would put any other business out of business...... It's been fun, but without Maxis it's turned into a gluttonous cash grab. And now blocking and ignoring that source of cash is beyond stupid.Disgusting specialization index
The specialization index is really really disgusting! First ,the higher index the building provide, I need higher index to unlock, that actually regulate the sequence I build those buildings. It also means that I need to build some architecture that I don’t want to build before I build my desired building .Second, the index in region and capital isn’t calculated together .Thus I always need to move buildings gathering together once I want to gain a higher score — very time consuming. Furthermore , the building acquired from seasonal events blueprints showcase mayor’s pass provides no index. What’s the hell ? I hope you can change the system calculating specialization index, or cancel it at allGame freezing and glitching
The game is constantly freezing up or crashing with a weird pixel look. It happening all the time and now I can’t update roads in design challenge or my main game. I have seen multiple complaints about this same thing. It’s been happening since the last update. I play one an iPad 10th generation with the most current software. I have deleted the app and reinstalled twice now and it is still happening. I can’t even finish my DC city because I can’t move buildings or improve roads! The amount of people talking about this issue should have the developer’s attention by now!Cant Attack no name city in War
In SImcity Builit, I have encounter 3 times in the war this week with the opponent club have one or more city which have no name / blank. This is cheat or bug ? We can't attack their noname / blank city so that we cant knockout their club. If we click this blank city, its will show notice "you need to be online to see this mayor's profile..." But if we click other city with name on it, then there is no problem. Please help fix it, thanks Example for the club with blank city = old one piece - 42 ( DGGBLJ ) old one piece - 40 ( HCPCRC ) new one piece - 20 ( FCJDHD )graphic glitch
I can’t play the game. No matter what I do, it doesn’t work. This issue keeps happening constantly, and I can’t perform any actions. I’ve reported it for over half a month, but it still hasn’t been fixed. After entering the game for just one minute, it turns out like this. Is anyone having issues getting the solar panel for Omega buildings? I’ve been playing this game for many years and I’ve never run into this type of issue. I probably open 10+ Omega research canisters per day and I’ve not received one solar panel. They are also Not coming up for sale in Neo Mall. Anyway, I’d like to hear if anyone is having this issue. I have unfinished hotspots and whenever I want to use them in my city it will spam me to upgrade it. I will tap on a completely different thing and it will pull me all the way back to the hotspot telling me to upgrade it. I cannot upgrade seasonal hotspots as they are asking for cash to level the hotspot up and I think that is extortionate! I want to use my hotspots as decoration as I’ve paid for them with my hard earned money and all they do is sit in storage.Im refuse to restart my city this shouldn’t be happening can someone help me with this please? Hi guys, I just wanted to ask how many of you guys are sure about completing the Season Premium Collection because even after buying the premium pass, I am short of Highlight Towers (52000 SC), Munich Town Hall (61500 SC), Linderhof Castle (48000 SC), and Funfair Level 13-15. Is it possible to achieve all the buildings and get the Bavarian Museum?We Need New Maps and Gameplay, Not Just More Buildings
Is anyone else as tired and fatigued with the current updates as I am? I've been playing this game for a long time, and now almost every update only brings new buildings. We desperately need fresh content and gameplay to maintain our passion for this game. For example, the long-awaited viaducts, overpasses, and new maps. In my opinion, while the game continues to release new buildings, it should pay more attention to the core of city-building itself. The current gameplay has long shifted from constructing a city to completing competition tasks. I can barely find any elements or gameplay related to building a city; instead, it's more about obtaining new buildings by finishing various tasks. Moreover, with the accumulation of time, more and more buildings can only be stored in the warehouse because the existing map in the game is already full. Therefore, we also strongly hope to have a larger map or new maps to arrange our buildings. Additionally, the game has too much room for optimization and improvement, such as enhancing the camera mode, adding different styles of filters, and cruise perspectives, to encourage players to create more works.
