Season after Norway is Christmas themed
It has buildings with that involve Santa, etc. And of course, at least one hostpot transportation building called "Santa's Airport" that is upgradeable. Another waste of a season based on a holiday that not everybody celebrates. Only posting this so people are aware well in advance in event they do not want to play.Recycling of "Additional Assignments"
Ok EA... There HAS to be a way to stop the recycling of tasks during the season! My group does not participate in Wars, if I spend 30 golden tickets to "get rid" of a war deliveries or war actions task I DO NOT want them to come back... Same with production tasks... Also, I shouldn't have a production of 12 sports sneakers come up after I've just completed six! Code can fix each of these issues, PLEASE fix this, thank you!!!What's the point of this forum?
Note: this thread is not aimed at people who post here, it's aimed at addressing the fact what we post here is not even addressed by anybody. I want to know why EA even has this forum. The reason I began to post here was to post suggestions / feedback about the game as I was told by the help desk that the developers read these forums. However, I don't think anyone from EA other than forum staff read these forums. It seems like an incredible waste of resources if these forums are not going to be utilized for anything. There has been plenty of feedback about the game, many people extremely tired or angry about things. People post about bugs or glitches they encounter here as well. However, nothing that is posted bug or feedback is addressed. Even the "guides" and what not that are posted here are a complete waste of time. With the information that is posted about the game updates, the information provided is incredibly vague and lacks detail on any actual bugs or game glitches that are fixed. EA is all around a big waste of time. EA deserves to deal with with angry / upset players, the communication is poor and the response given to players is always apathetic. I have no sympathy for EA and it's staff.
Error
I have 4 Epic Buildings that give tokens to speed up production. Every time I receive tokens (for example, 3 gray and 1 yellow), they disappear and are not added to the total amount. I don’t use them, I save them, but the number never increases. It feels pointless to upgrade my buildings if the tokens don’t work properly. Please return my missing tokens — it feels pointless to upgrade my buildings if the tokens don’t work properly.
War upgrade task cannot do, blocks others
3000 points task unable to do blocks other high values! So I getting all tasks at less than 2000 points! I did get a list one after the other at 2400- 3600 then it changed again back to 1440 - 1600! I am lvl 99 and with them numbers continues I liable to win no prizes or be demoted as the game is in control. I use to be able to do certain tactics to get better tasks. But not working for me now! Am like a slave to a bot! That is stubborn, now if impossibly tasks at 3000 points was removed once when they get expensive on keys to do war upgrades as now it cost me 454 gold keys to upgrade 1 card. I can only do that task every 6 weeks, as that how long it takes to collect them for the required numbers. When it drops that task, then as I not able to do it I am penalised with very low values of 1440 - 1600 and occasional high one! Been at lvl 99 is crippling me and I get pushed out of a good prizes almost the whole season, because of impossible task, one week when I was close to getting the keys I worked hard to get the rest, I tried to leave it till I not get it again before I used up my task so could get a better placed! It worked and I did get the top 6 not first but 5th!, I made do. So if made it if not going to remove it, as some players say they only get it twice a year! That would suit me fine and it not **bleep** my com!PLEASE change Global Trade HQ
Can we please change how the Global Trade HQ works? Instead of listing a bunch of random items from random players, give us a list of every item that can be traded, EVERYTHING! THEN when we click on the item we ate searching for show us the users selling that item and let us pick then. For example, today I needed nails to complete a task, it took me over 20 minutes of clicking stores to try and find someone selling nails! A list of all items from the minoriest items to the major ones would allow us to go directly to the item we need and choose a user that is trading that item.Design challenge unplayable on 10th generation iPad.
There have been a lot of posts about the game freezing when you try to move buildings or fix roads, etc. Today I’m trying to play the design challenge and it has become completely unplayable because it freezes up and does that weird purple and black pixel thing every time I try to do anything! I can’t change a road, I can’t place a building, I can’t put a tree anywhere, nothing. I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it twice, and I still can’t do anything in design challenge. The game is working pretty well and only freezes occasionally in my capital city and the other regions but today for some reason, the design challenge just went haywire. My City is 3/4 done for the challenge and now I can’t finish it to submit it. Anyone else having the same issue? Today is Saturday, November 8, 2025.
