Fix TW PLEASE!!!!
This whole game mode is so bad. It adds nothing to the game but frustration because of ridiculous matchmaking. If CG refuse to change the game mode to make it more playable, at least make sure the matchmaking is fair. Each round of TW our guild are overmatched, despite us being an active guild. Why does CG hate their player base?
Seriously. The new coliseum thing is pretty much loathed as another P2W feature. I put the thing on auto to get the daily, but otherwise ignore it. The change to forcing people to buy a minimum of 75 units of a part with Mk I raid currency when they can only ever use a maximum of 50 on any given character part node. That means that everyone has to carry at least a minimum of 50% more inventory than they would need and thereby significantly reducing the ability of players to gear up characters. In business, this is called "reduced inventory turnover" and businesses seek to avoid that like the plague. Then you have the garbage one by one opening of bronzium data cards. This takes forever and unless you use an auto-clicker running for hours and hours and hours at a time, making your computer useless for anything else for the duration, it's a complete waste of time. And it isn't even an issue of CG lacking the resources to add a feature to open at least 10 or 100 of them at a time. I could code that in an afternoon. They CHOSE this pattern of behavior. They CHOSE to be a waste of your time. Good luck with these decisions CG. If engagement of SWGOH Youtube content creators is a legitimate proxy for your immediate business future, maybe dust off them resumes and explain to your future employer how pushing dramatically reduced inventory turnover onto your customer base somehow makes business sense and magically doesn't completely **bleep** your business' credibility.36Views0likes1CommentCG The time is now! Darth Maul back in the day was great but sadly as the power creep keeps rising he gets worse and worse. We already need him at R4 and R7 for 2 different big requirements yet he always sits around doing nothing. With the show Maul Shadow Lord out this is the best time to get him reworked give him some viability. Give us a reason to ignore a GL or other big character and take him to R10. I know for other Players yes CG won't do it unless they see the money in it. I see moneh in it. Not big but still i see money ina rework. Just make a $10 R9 pack with zeta could help give some moneyflow to his rework. A rework for Maul could allow him to use all the other sith that sith trio and sith empire army using. Heck could have some synergy with SEE. Another thing is maybe make Sith Trio a Sith Trio offensive team and fix Darth Sion and make the sith Trio work best together and giving Savage to Mauls team. Plus a cool Solo opportunity of Maul soloing with summoning 4 of his Sith Probe droids (or2 in 3v3) and have the 4(or 2 in 3v3) of the enemies only target those and you pick your target until a droid, Maul, or the enemy Maul is fighting is beaten. Kinda use those droids as a distraction while working on one target. Plus Maul just picking up remainder sith under his touched up lead could be awesome. But its only daydreams because CG won't push to this. They would rather rework if it adds a new faction or the character breaks the game. I feel the Player/Fandom community should keep pushing to get older characters a light touch up to a big one. His kit could have the healing like 3 to 5% of protection and health when evading and or being crit. Kinda like those weaker level 3s on DCs. About two weeks ago I started replaying this game. I made a purchase of $19.99 for crystals and never received them. However in the app when I tried to make the same purchase again I got a message saying that I could cancel the purchase or wait for the crystals to come into my account. After several hours of waiting I selected to cancel the transaction. Yet I was still charged. I thought this was a one off and a couple of days later I made another purchase for $9.99 for crystals. Same thing. I never received them. I contacted support through the game app and provided screenshots and receipts. I was told there was no history of any purchases and that I should contact Apple for a refund. I did exactly that and both of my refund requests were denied twice. I have since disputed the purchases with my bank but I am extremely unhappy that EA took my money and didn’t give me the crystals that I BOUGHT! A couple of days ago I tried again to make another purchase for crystals. This time for $4.99 and again I havent received them. I have contacted EA support through the game and they keep saying the same thing even though I have produced PROOF that I was charged. Apparently there is no history of purchases on my account and for that reason they just keep closing the chat. I’ve had about enough of this. I have tried contacting EA support online and they say to contact the support via the app, which again, I have done at least 4 times. My main account cannot log in neither to the game servers nor to the website account.swtor.com. I always receive one of these two errors: "A server error has occurred. Please follow the Help Center link below for more information." "An error has occurred. Please try again later. Return to SWTOR.com." I made an alternate account and it works perfectly fine on the same PC and same internet connection. I have already tried the following: Clearing all SWTOR folders and cache Running launcher as administrator Language switch trick (change language → save → restart → change back) The problem exists only on my main account. Hi guys, I live in Brazil, I play the Brazilian version of the game, and I have an account with over 12 million GP. However, the game has become unplayable for me (and many other players) this past week. For those who aren't from Brazil to understand, the Brazilian parliament approved a new law imposing a series of restrictions on online games as a way to protect minors who access them. In Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, this means that all packs with random rewards have been removed from the game in the Brazilian version. For example, packs that give 5-330 character fragments are no longer accessible here. How this mainly affects us: we no longer have the daily free box in the Webstore; we no longer have the daily free pack in the PC version; we can no longer buy character packs (like the KX pack today) or coin packs to evolve era characters. I'm a player who spends a fair amount of money on the game: I buy the Episode Pass every month and have already purchased several Lightning Bundles and other resources. This isn't cheap in Brazil. An Episode Pass here represents approximately 9% of my salary (that's A LOT of money for us). I've reached a point in the game where I'm close to having all the characters with at least Relic 1, but to consolidate that, I needed to achieve 5 stars and level 75 for all era characters. I was managing to do that until now, but with these changes, I won't be able to get my new KX to 5 stars, and therefore I won't be able to level up the era characters to 75. After investing so much time and money in this game, it's absolutely frustrating to reach this point and be harmed in this way. But what to do if this is a matter of Brazilian law? Well, other games have found much better alternatives than removing everything from the Brazilian version. Efootball, for example, implemented an age verification tool in the game. If you are of legal age, you can access everything. If not, you don't have access to what is prohibited by law. It was simple, the game continued as before. But in Galaxy of Heroes we were simply expelled of the game. I hit restore purchases twice in game and nothing. The bundle in store is still showing up as something I can purchase. I am missing out on daily rewards due to this as my KX would be 5* as I am currently at 41/65. Missing 10th Anniversary Journey Quest Chains – Faction Lightspeed Tokens Not Awarded (Account Issue) Tagging EA/CG team for visibility. I am posting this here after working with EA Support for several days. My case has now been forwarded for investigation, but I want to confirm whether other players are experiencing the same issue and ensure this is properly reviewed. Issue Summary: My account did not receive several 10th Anniversary Journey Quest chains tied to faction Lightspeed Tokens, which means I was never able to earn those rewards. What DID work correctly: I completed the Anniversary Journey Quest chain up through 6-C I received the Mandalorian Lightspeed Token I received other character-based Lightspeed Token rewards This confirms my account was eligible and participating in the Anniversary event What is MISSING: The following faction Lightspeed Tokens were never awarded to my account: Droid Rebel Jedi Bounty Hunter Empire These tokens are visible/searchable in my inventory (see screenshots), but they were never earned because the corresponding quest chains were never available. Root Issue: Based on the Anniversary Quest structure: These faction tokens are tied to earlier Journey Quest chains (such as 2-C, 3-C, 4-C, 5-C) On my account, those quest chains never appeared at any point Because they were never present, I had no opportunity to complete them As a result, I could not earn the associated faction Lightspeed Tokens This is not: A missed reward A progression issue A failure to complete visible quests This is a missing content / quest chain delivery issue.
