Click onto any game fishing spot with a sign What happens when the bug occurs? Sim will either say they cannot use the spot or will run around it in an attempt to reach it before saying the same. Tried resetting both sim and fishing spot and issue persists Happened after today's patch What do you expect to see? The most recent patch for The Sims 4 Was playing earlier today before the update and everything was fine. This has only happened since the patch a few hours ago. Have updated with both patches provided today EDIT: Thanks to the community it's been found the fishing issues are located in Sulani alone. Fishing everywhere else seems to be working. Go to one of the community lots mentioned in the save file provided as a customer. What happens when the bug occurs? Employees and customers don't show up and my sims are unable to purchase the items set for purchase by the lot owners. After testing from the retail owners side similar issues occur, customers don't show up and employees don't behave as they should. I also get a script error having MCCC installed. But I've tested for these issues both with and without mods and it persists. What do you expect to see? For retail stores to work as they should. I am so sad to say that the retail shops I have spent years building and developing are completely broken after the latest patch/EP, being For Rent. I have a ton of retail shops scattered all throughout my game, but now when I visit them employees don't show up, customers don't show up, and the ability to select items to purchase them is completely broken. Here is a link to the save file in question: Sims 4 Save Magnolia Promenade has a grocery store that is now broken and not working, and willow creek has a farmers market that I've tested that isn't working. The issue persists in a vanilla game as well after removing all my mods. Stop knitting after a while and then try to resume knitting or frog that project by clicking on the knitting kit in the Sim's inventory. What happens when the bug occurs? The action won't queue up and the sim does not indicate any routing issue. It's as if the request to resume knitting was never selected. What do you expect to see? I expect the Sim to sit down somewhere and continue knitting. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? It is now Spring in my game and they are still there.After a day or so of playing in the world the leaves will start to give off a green noxious gas. What do you expect to see? The bug occured after creating a second family and moving it to San Myshuno (21 Chic Street Apartments), in the 'Needs TLC' lot. The first family also lives in the 21 Chic Street Apartments, but in the 'Lively Neighbors' lot. What happens when the bug occurs? The streets are filled with coffee cups and food bought from the vendors. NPC's do not finish eating/drinking and instead of putting it in the trash, they leave it on the ground. Not only is it annoying to look at, but it lowers performance and makes the game very unresponsive. I have experienced this issue on several save files. What do you expect to see? I expect NPC's to either finish their consumables or atleast throw it in the trashcans. The streets shouldn't have 100+ coffee cups lying around. Play a residential lot, and place objects in the world (for exemple, place a market stall or an instrument using the Place in World inetraction, create a canevas on a paiting easel in the world, grill some stuff on a grill in the world). Go back to manage worlds, and select a residential rental lot on the same neighborhood to play with. The objects in the world are now gone. Load another lot (any lot you want) in the same neighborhood: the objects are here again, but it's not possible to do anything with them. What happens when the bug occurs? Try to interact with the object : a cursor with a 🚫 is displayed, and it's not possible to do anything with the object. It can't be put back in the inventory, or cleaned up. Moreover, it seems that the object has lost its footpring: Sims can walk through it. What do you expect to see? The objects should still be usable and it whould be possible to inteact with them (to put them back in the inventory, clean unnecessary stuff like plates) and Sims should not walk through them. I observed that previously, when you placed objects in the wrold with the TOOL mod, they would disapear when loading a residential rental without the mod installed (as it included a fix to this issue). It's not the case anymore, but the new way it seems to work seems to recreate this issue. I attempt to play as a sim in the Chic Street Apartments. Their apartment loads, but the other two in the building show up empty. I have the Sim visit the Pizazz apartment, and the load screen comes up. Once it shows the Pizazz apartment, my Sim is still in the hallway, and I can see inside, where that Sim is sitting on air where the couch should be but there is no furniture or objects. The objects and rooms in the apartment of the Sim I am playing have also disappeared. What do you expect to see? Furniture, Sims, objects. The laundry, which had been clean or pristine and damp or soaked when put in the dryer, becomes dirty and damp. What do you expect to see? Cleanliness of the laundry is not affected by the dryer breaking down. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them. Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure Just did a test run with mods disabled. Of three times the dryer broke down, the laundry in the dryer was dirty and damp twice and had to be re-washed. The third time, the laundry was clean and damp and stayed clean after a drying cycle. I have also seen clean and damp laundry that was removed from a broken down dryer become dirty and dry after a drying cycle in the repaired dryer, but am not sure if I have seen that without mods enabled. Once you access and open the game, you can enter "New game" and by using external functions from the game such as turning up your volume on your computer or your caps lock key, you will encounter the bug. What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I use an external function, such as turning up the volume on my computer, the volume bar shows up over the game in the center bottom of the screen which then makes it glitchy. The game runs fine but the pop-up stays on the screen with the glitchy texture. To make it disappear, you must exit the game fully. Once you do that and return if you repeat the same action, it will happen again. What do you expect to see? Then try to place the decidedly neutral curtain mount next to it. What happens when the bug occurs? It wont snap to the curtains What do you expect to see?
