Re: My apex says I'm unable to connect to EA servers and I don't know how to fix it

@Sassysnake007 What platform are you on? Does it even show you the list of servers? If so, what is the ping on the servers your playing on?

Is there any possibility your passwords don't match?

@DarthValtrex I'm using my PS4 and whenever I bring up my servers it doesn't come up with anything at all as for my passwords not matching I'm not quite sure of what you mean.

@Sassysnake007 Hmm password was more so for people on PC.

Okay, so how much free space do you have your PS4? When you get to the load screen are you able to pull up the list of servers that you can select? If so what are your ping numbers showing? You should still be able to connect even with high ping, I have played on servers when I had 220 ping.

Is it only this game? or do you have issues connecting with other games as well?

@DarthValtrex Hey Darth I had problems with call of duty starting on PS4, you maybe know what this is as I can't remember completely but it requires doing something similar to clear cache on Xbox, like defragment HDD on PC it fixed cod for me it was completely unable to connect before doing it and requires a fresh install.

@CAGOA34 That might be worth a try.. Here is the process of doing that..

    1. Make sure the PS4 is completely off, do not leave it in reset mode or it won't work. Wait until the blinking indicator light has completely stopped flashing.
2.Unplug the PS4 from its power cord, you're supposed to do it from the console, not the wall.
    3. wait 30 seconds then plug it back in, the PS4 cache should now be cleared. Plug it back in after 30 seconds.

@DarthValtrex Yeah it could work but it's not a guarantee, I tried after reinstalling cod 3 times and it still wouldn't connect to servers done this and it worked, literally took me a week to try the game played one match and uninstalled it, was not for me.

hi I've used 368.1GB out of 861.4GB of my system storage.

Trying to get up the servers doesn't work at all there isn't anything there it's just black then at the top it says Name:          Ping:    Packet loss %

    And that's all.
