Changing Everything About a Child Sim When I make their teen versions

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.70.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Backyard Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a child sim, age them up into a teen, make the teen and go back to the child life stage of the teen(ALL IN CAS) 
What happens when the bug occurs? When I make a child sim or really any sim, I'll want to age them up into a teen so I can also make them as a teen, but when I go back to the child form, they look totally different, different hair, different face details, removes vitiligo or scars, gets rid of aspiration and traits and sometimes will change ALL of their clothes and delete other clothes from different categories 
What do you expect to see? I expect to see that when I make a child sim and make their teen version, when I go back to the child version they should be the EXACT same
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @ItzNariez Aspirations/traits are different for children and teens so when you age them up, that info gets lost and it won't come back when you age them down again.

    Hair and face details are still the same for me when I age them up and back down and cloting also stays the same. Did you test this part without mods/cc ?

    The skin details I can duplicate but they get removed when aging up in CAS. This is design though as per this article: https://www.ea.com/en/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/news/dev-diary-vitiligo

    Child --> Teen = different frames

    I've tried it without mods and it still happens, it's a very weird occurrence, the thing is, I don't change the face or really anything when I make the child a teen or adult, I keep everything how it is and just change the clothes and hair, but what really ticks me off is that it removes my viltigo on my sims when I age them up?

    @ItzNariez it gets removed from teen to adult or just from child to teen (which is design as per article I linked)
