@ClemForPresidentI understand it is sad but unfortunately we won't be able to fix your (or better said) their problem.
This is one of the downsides of using custom content and/or modifications.
When you are not satisfied and is doesn't work the way is supposed to, I would delete it and search for better content or just leave it the way it is.

- @ClemForPresident Very likely they're tagged wrong. Most CC authors don't have a clue how to properly set up CC. It's severely rare for one to actually be configured properly.
You can do it yourself with Sims4Studio but it'll take a little work.
You should note that even tagged properly, a lot of CC doesn't work properly for some other occults like Aliens, Mermaids or Vampires.
