@ZombieBabyy What game version are you running? Please load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look along the bottom of the screen, or in the lower right corner. Please list the entire number, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.

@ZombieBabyy Please test in a clean user folder. Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just see whether the new world loads in a new save.
If it's still not present, please clear Origin's cache:

and repair again. If Origin is calling stale data from its cache, the repair process might not be as thorough as is necessary.
And no, this has nothing to do with the inability of some people to download the pack at all. If yours is downloaded, you should get all the content.
