@jpkarlsenZerbu's mod constructor isn't a mod, it is a program to create mods like custom buffs, traits, careers, and such. They were using it to create their own mod.

@bellagoth21  This is probably not the best place to ask about that. Mods aren't really supported or discussed in that detail here.
