Footstep sounds in game

Can hear footsteps perfectly fine, until about 20 meters away. Dunno what's wrong with your setup. 

I mean it's probably the same for everyone but the audio needs some improvement.

I already got jumped by full squads several times and didn't hear anything until they literally were 2 meters away from me.

Positional audio for gun fire is pretty inaccurate and needs tweaking also the guns don't seem to make much sound when you are being shot at, probably overrun by the "getting hit" sound.

A few or ten more audio sliders for different effects would not hurt either, for example: Intro, character selection and getting killed sound effects/music are all controlled by the master audio volume slider.

The game sounds muffled when it comes to footsteps. Can't tell when someone is on the other side of a thin wall or right behind you. This should be fixed soon I'm guessing.

There is no directional audio when you are in close fights. People can be standing right beside you running and they are completely silent. What gives with lack of anything to do with audio cues?

Is there a way to increase the footsteps sound effect of my heroes? I feel very light and very quiet at the moment, but after all, they are a group of armored warriors, the sound is too light and seems to be contrary to the equipment they wear.

Yeah I agree footsteps should be louder as above but most importantly to give you an idea of where people are especialy when wearing headphones

Make the footsteps louder and maybe add a silent/quiet ability

Yeah I made a post about it too, actually I don't hear any footsteps than my own so not sure if there even is any for opponents, if there is the volume is way too low.

You nearly cant hear anyone coming somehow they appear behind you or in front of you
