POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Hello apex comunity,  i got banned like 1,5 years back i got unbanned for like 5 or 6 months back, they initaly banned me for gameplay enchanchment !!! permanently!! but later reversed the ban after they concluded that my account was involved in phishing attempts, whitch is kind of weird since ive looked throu all my data and didnt see any unusual log ins as did the advisord who i messaged during my ban and confermed it, i think they didnt just want to addmit that the ban was a false positive, so since ive been unbanned ive been messasing ea help team because my game seems to be in a compleatly looped matchmaking 1 player in queu sometimes its 5 player in queue nothing helps ive messeged ea help over 100 times each time they say they will get on it ASAP this is a compleate lie, i lost 20$ because i bought the ultimate battle pass before i got banned, thers no talk about refunding or compensation, TOS is the worst people to reach out of them all theres no way to talk to TOS about the matter, everything is FREAKING automated by AI nobody is helping im getting matchmaking looped on EA help as in the game, this is getting rediccilous, thers just nothing i can do, this isnt right and its not accseptable ,someone whit an audience like a streamer or idk someone famous gets help so fast that nobody can eaven bat an eye, but us regular players need to crawl thoru this mud and suffer for nothing, because of a computer error this just isnt fair, !!FIY: the issue still precist and i havent recived any help in the past 5 months now!!!
