Account got unbanned and now I can't que into a match

Alright, story time. I recently reinstalled Apex Legends since my friends were playing it. It had been multiple years since I played it and was looking forward to getting back into it. Game finishes downloading, I launch the game, click log in, and boom my account is banned. Then began my search to find out why my account was banned and when. Apparently, it got banned back in October of 2023 (I had stopped playing the game for a least a year prior to this). I then opened a case to dispute the ban and get it undone as well as figure out why it got banned in the first place. Apparently, there was "unusual activity" on my account, and I guess that is why it was banned.  I then made an alt account to at least play with the boys in the meantime. The ban was undone after a day or two. I can now log into the account, but now I cannot que into a match (not even the firing range). I gave it around a week to see if maybe the account isn't fully unbanned yet (also did not feel like trying to figure out the problem after work). Today, finally reached out to EA help. Both people I talked to were as helpful as they could be, but the problem still persist so here I am. I am attempting to play on Steam, and I have no issue playing on my alt account. Here are the troubleshoots that I was told to try: verify game files/check for corrupted files, clear game/download cache, uninstall and reinstall the game, change servers, change internet connection, and even downloading apex through the EA launcher. None of the fixes changed anything and the problem still persists. If anyone has had this issue and got it fixed, please let me know. At this point I guess either my account is shadow banned, or a bug happened where the account is still being read as banned. Anyways, maybe this tread will lead to a fix at some point.
