Another Legend Idea... Stopper?

Basis: Time

Tactical: Multi Use (not named yet)

1: Air or out of range targetting

---Reveal clues within a certain range for your entire team

---Recharge exremely short or none, no longer than 5 seconds

2: Target Ally (within range)

---Rewind them 5 seconds

---Recharge 10-30 seconds

3: Target Enemy (within range)

---Time Stop them for a few seconds

---Puts a thin time stop bubble around them freezing their time, bullets and projectiles fired at them freeze in the bubble and won't hit until the bubble ends

---Recharge 10-30 seconds

4: Target Ground (within range)

---Time Stop Bubble for 10-30 seconds

---Projectiles freeze in place, players and creatures freeze in place, don't use in Armories or everyone will be mad at you

---Anyone or anything entering or within the bubble is frozen in time until the bubble ends. Think you can cheese it by entering then firing? Think again. They'll freeze midflight before hitting anything.

---Recharge 15-90 seconds depending on radius and duration

---No one within can move

---Good for protecting a downed ally from imminent doom, or keeping foes from reaching you for a moment

---predicted radius: similar to Gibraltar's dome or a little larger than heat shield

---YES, Time Stops will hold Rolling Thunder and Gibraltar's midair until it ends, then they hit ground and time as usual, same for thermites and Fuse's, and other ordinance, projectile tacticals, and projectile ultimates

Ultimate: TBA, Probably a Super Timestop, much larger and longer than normal ground timestop, and probably slows this unit moreso, like 1/20th enemy stoppers and no more than 1/10th self, IF Stoppers can still move in a timestop

Passives: Mostly TBA, have a few thoughts but nothing that really sticks

---While knocked down and blocking, shots you block either bounce towards the foe that fired them or freeze midair for a moment before hitting your knockdown shield

---Can move at 1/10th speed inside time stops, and use supply items at 1/10th speed, and deploy survival items at 1/10th speed until it ends, if an items deployed within timestops deploy at 1/10th speed and last 10 times longer or have 1/10th decay until the time stop ends

---blasting foes leaves bullets in the air until the time stop ends, and you fire, reload, recoil, and recover at 1/10th speed

---within your own timestop it may be 1/5th speed instead, or 1/8th, but either same as or better than 1/10th, but no faster than 1/5th

  • Remove ground based portion of tactical

Ultimate is a The Time Stop, and it has an area and duration similar to NEWT.

Has same edge bubble as well.

The only real difference: No purple or black hole. Object and entity momentum and timer freezing. Release to momentum from before it hit the orb when orb ends.

Might even cast like NEWT as well.

Placing a Time Stop on a fresh NEWT might allow NEWT to last twice as long, since it stops the timer on it...

Stops healing, stops ordinance, stops bullets, freezes everything midair.

Objects frozen must be fully engulfed, and momentum allows them to get a few inches into the orb before freezing.

Upon release, they pick up momentum instead of falling down.

Use mostly as an attack, not defense, because enemies might use it to their advantage if they aren't caught in it.

However, sticking it between you and gunfire may allow as a good defense, as you can move and their bullets get stuck in the orb.

Where does the idea for this orb come from (and tactical)? Transformers: Age of Extinction - Hotrod, and what Hound did with one frozen opponent. Also Undo from ESO for targeting allies with tactical.

Undo will not undo used objects, ammo, and healing, but will undo position and damage taken. It can revive them. It can undo the deathboxed effect on allies.

Freeze will freeze the area around an opponent for a few seconds, and freeze any projectiles as well. Hotrod+Hound

Freeze an enemy deathbox to prevent their banner from being grabbed, but also stop it from being looted and freeze it's timed out timer for the duration.

Freeze a downed enemy to lock them in place. They can't turn while frozen, and if you pelt them from behind it's unlikely that they can turn around in time to block it. It's also unlikely that they could pull up the shield in time to block frontal either, but they might.

Also, a frozen target also freezes grenades and other objects that hit them, and if it detonates near them they are immune to it. Try to hit them so it'll freeze and detonate after they unfreeze. Arc Stars are best, as they may escape thermites and probably will escape frags, but arc stars stick to them.

    Recap

    Tactical vs enemy: Hotrod

Ultimate: NEWT if Hotrod fired it

    Tactical vs Allies: Undo

Tactical into air, or no target: Replay

Tactical vs Timed Out Deathbox beyond 5 seconds timed out: Replay their death. Actually that might be part of the passive perk.
