It's confirmed!
Nothing has been announced yet about allowing for cross progression to the Switch, however since the release is halfway between Season 8, new Switch players will get 30 free BP levels and double XP.
There will be complete feature parity with the other versions of Apex, including cross play.
@CompleatBeet halfway through S8-ish, and they only get 30 levels? That doesn't seem right. 45 +/- days to get 80 more levels seems like a pretty strict timeline. I played for like 9 hours today and I'm only at level 6! Can only imagine how long Switch peeps will have to play in order to get the pass done on time.
Im curious how it will run on the switch. 30fps maybe?
@Koochi-Q that is true! Unless Respawn doesn't unlock them all and starts the Switch users at Week 1.
I feel sorry for the Switch / mobile players already 🙂
- new to the game, just to face toxicity and obliteration from 2+ years 'old skull' PC & console veterans;
- without mouse & keyboard;
- on smallest display by far, they'll be the last to notice the enemy in the distance and the worst at sniping
- on wireless connection, so more unstable;
- getting too angry is the most expensive on their side: complete device destruction by smashing it t against walls, floor , desk, etc.. The rest of us can replace controllers, mice, keyboards with less expense and much faster.
@hayhor old habits die hard. I cannot rest until all the weeklies have been done on day 1! Was like that in school too, anything due at the end of the week was done on the day assigned. Anything due at the end of the month was done by the end of the week, anything due in a year was done in a month...
