Amazing how many exploiters are already boo-hooing about it on Reddit.
I for one fully support it. Don't let the naysayers get you down when it comes to doing the correct thing.
Also loads of on-point bug fixes, QOL, and improvements in this patch, eager to try it out.

i used it to cap FPS so my OBS would stop lagging so much. now im back to 20-30 fps in OBS while streaming and its choppy to viewers. at least at an FPS cap to the settings
