I don't think you should just follow whatever streamer has their settings at. You should just try to max your FPS based off whatever hardware you have (if you are trying to be more competitive).
I have similar settings to what shroud has I guess but with a few differences. I maxed out FOV and have Effects and Ragdolls on high. I get 120+ fps on average. I might play with the settings some more to see if they really make a difference.

What are your specs? I am not concerned with average fps, what can you actually lock the frame rate at?
I can run the game at around 150FPS, but I get dips down into the 60's in battles.
I want locked fps, can u help? Start with what u use, and how low yur dips go.
