If you've already reached out to our terms of service team you'll need to wait for them to finish their investigation. This can take up to a few days, depending on a range of factors like volume.
In the meantime, we have an article with tips on what to do if your EA account's been hacked. I'd recommend going through it to protect yourself in the future.
they didnt answer or say anything. only show up " in progress", so idk if was the system or they really are looking at the case
