EA banned me for "cheating," cites "privacy" to hide evidence from MY account.

My account was Banned in May but it was inactive and not installed for a period of time as i don't like the game but my daughter does. Installed it for her recently because she had been wanting to play and come to find out the account has been banned for Game Emulating, whatever the hell that means. I have appealed it three times trying to explain that i don't know what it means or how to do it and my daughter also has no idea. EA_QueenBee​ i clicked your link you posted but it didn't take me anywhere i haven't been yet and looked like the same things i have been dealing with and unable to contact a human. Do you know where i can find customer support or a way to talk to a human because this is crazy. 

Hey there, a lot of times you will never be given the exact reason of the ban. They will however give you a category reason why a ban was made. This is not to hide or keep information from you. But, to keep detections and how they work as secret as possible. If cheat devs knew exactly what was triggering bans they would easily be able to change their systems to bypass those detections. For that reason a category is given to users which could cover a lot of things in that category to keep the mystery in place. 

Ok, but i was told it was Game Emulating. Before googling it i had no idea what it was and never heard of it.
