Looting behavior

These are the players that are bad at the game and think they're "MLG elite" and get knocked the first gun fight they get in and leave after being knocked. They chase the shiniest boxes aka gold boxes and loot. From my experience.

This happens more times then not, It's not every game. Its probably 60 - 75 % of the game's played.

Personally If I didn't get a kill I don't loot until my teammate that killed everyone loots. Unless there is a ring comming of course.

You do have a point, there is nothing that can be done about it from a developers stand point.

If someone loots right under me or loot in the same box I'm in and not wait for me to leave that box: 

1. I won't revive them  or dare to grab there banner to respawn them (I have won more games as a duo, then a 3 person team)
2. I will not drop them any supplies if they need it.
3. Take what ever they ping that they need and throw it in the next ring, then ping it when the ring is coming.

If they want to be jerks, then I can be one as well.

This an online game. Most people act selfish in online games. Always been like that. I can't believe you are so surprised by that, you've made a topic about it.

If one squadmate downs a player, i leave them to loot that first.

Or if i need to loot to snag some ammo quick, if there is say a purple shield when we both have blue, I'll tag the shield to show I'm not nicking their loot.

Despise players who rob your loot, or you revive them only for them to steal the loot of the llayers you just killed; leaving you the 5kill llayer with a white or blue shield whilst them mr no kill no damage think they should takw the purple.

@AkumaSanjiLoot goblins, I hate them. It’s become such an issue that I just leave the match.

When I leave, I tell them you want hog loot and be selfish have fun on your own.

The other behavior that’s become real bad is looting my death box. Every night 10-20% of my rounds with randoms.. i get killed next to a spawn become they grab my banner then clean out my death box. I tell them not do it, if they do it anyways I just leave and tell them have fun on your own.

you and the other teammate killed 6 people.. you start to revive the player who helped you kill everyone.. the third comes trotting up and starts clearing out the death boxes as you revive the downed player.

Then there are the crypto players who are flying their drone around while we are engaged in a fight. That typically gets a “what in the world are you doing?! Get off your stupid drone and help us.”

when I play with friends we will typically just let them die and their banner expire. 

@AkumaSanji no you've got a point, people in this game are typically super loot greedy, even if they don't contribute anything at all. One time I third partied two squads who were fighting, killed all 6 of them. My teammates were lagging behind because they played much MUCH slower than I do, and they got there just as I ended the last guy. This guy had the audacity to loot every gold item from every box despite not killing a single person. Full gold + Gold barrel. I quit on the spot, no reason to stick around with someone like that. I mean he LITERALLY ran from box to box, didn't grab anything unless it was gold, and that was it! I saw him do it! I can SEE THE BOX COLORS change dude.

People are selfish, you just gotta up the ante and loot faster and kill faster so that way you can secure all the loot for yourself. Don't bother sharing cause all it'll do it bite you in the rear later on.
