Low TTK is ruining my enjoyment of this game

White shield yeah, but now its like you are having level 1 in Season 4-5.

Not defending it BTW. I never liked the evo-based LTMs. Nothing more dis-spiriting than running around looting for five minutes, get to blue then in your first 1v1 the damage numbers fire back black tinged with red.

@EdwardDLuffy  Technically you still drop with nothing lol. You get a cracked white evo if you win your first engagement. (Assuming you don't loot an evo first)

I'm personally hoping they revert the heal stack changes now that the ttk has dropped as it won't really drag out fights....if you get beamed now its gg. It would just be nice to carry a healthy amount of heals for if you survive.

I'm fine with it.  I mostly play much lower TTK games anyway like TitanFall 2, Battlefield 4, Planetside 2, Battlefront 2, etc.  These games have much more open maps than a standard shooter, especially Planetside 2 which has maps at least twice the size of WE.  You learn how to move around, even in an extremely low TTK game like Battlefield 4 and Titanfall 2.  It's really not that hard once you get used to it.

I did notice the lower TTK.  I wasn't having to dump a whole clip into someone to crack their shields, which is a very good thing.  I did drop very fast on a more than a few occasions, but not enough that it felt off.  I feel like the TTK is at a much better balance now.

@1ronKeysNot really. For instance, I rolled into a room behind a full squad. The only reason I put them all down was the extended mag on my Spitfire. I got one quick, and the other two bunny hopping on me near the end of the clip. So without extended mag, I'm swapping weapons in front of them.  At least I think I had extended mag.  I can't exactly remember.  All I know is I don't get that done in Season 5.  I get put down, while they heal up to full strength.

Extended mags are a thing in every shooter. It's about being able to engage more than one target, which was desperately needed in this game. That's especially true given the "third party" nature of Apex.
