RANKED only for People at lvl 500 (we can talk about lvl 300, maybe)

@II-LAZZARUS-IIadd to that they should remove the demotion protection, every time when I get out of plat 4 to 3 to 2 I get stuck for few days in plat because I get teammates who are hard stuck at plat 4.
and I can tell from their gameplay that they don't belong in plat lobbies but they got there because there is no demotion system that will either force them to get better and deserve a higher rank or just keep them where they belong so they just keep grinding until they get to plat.
