I'd like to add to this thread because I'm in the same situation. I play this game like it's my religion, thousands of hours logged even though I'm not that good. I've bought the battle pass for every season I've played, plus other cosmetics.
On February 12th my account was banned. The data Ea tracks and allows you to download indicates that several people all over the world have attempted to log into my account since I resecured it. It is as plain as day to me that my account was compromised and used by hackers to cheat in games, resulting in the ban. I understand that it takes time to investigate a situation like this and that each case must be considered on an individual basis, but I am upset by the way this has been handled. The day of my ban I changed my password, enabled two-factor, and contacted support via chat. He told me he had elevated my case and that I should look forward to an email in 14 days. Since then I have received absolutley zero contact on this matter, despite sending two follow up emails. This has been especially stressful because (warning: gamer sh!t) Bangalore's my darling main and her collection event ends in two days and you KNOW I want that banana knife. I want to throw Ea $200 of my stimmie for cosmetics, but I can't risk buying them on an account I may never get back. I just want to play this game and give respawn money ;w;
