@buukky Hi! Looking into this I can't see any cases older than the "delete" case that you mention. Do you happen to have case numbers for the older ones, and I'll try to find any issues with the system and highlight them to the relative folks?
It looks like your active cases were created as regular support cases, then moved to ToS, and that can take a bit longer than usual.
Can I check if you've tried creating an appeal using the precise steps on this page? If not, I'll ask to do so, as it may be a better way to get this looked at.
