@Lewy0045 Store issues like this could hypothetically be caused by the local cache file.
If you go to C:\Users\yourusername\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\assets and delete everything there they should redownload when you start the game again.
But I believe this to be a regional issue,
Have you always encountered this before or did this only start recently?
If space/bandwidth isn't a huge concern, you could grab the Origin version of the game and try the purchase there as a test.
