I'm unable to purchase Apex Coins.
I was trying to buy some coins in my Steam account (region Armenia), but I'm currently unable to do so. The issue appeared few days (or weeks) ago. I was able to do so 2 months ago.
What is the reason of such limitation? How can I remove it and purchase Coins in steam?
Purchased coins on Microsoft store but not received? May I have some assistance please?

On Tuesday June 22 I purchased a $60 pack of apex coins and it says it’s your on Xbox then I don’t receive them so I bought it again and I checked my purchase history on Xbox and bank account and I spent a total of $120 on apex coin and didn’t receive anything.
Every time i have brought apex coins they do not get added to my account. But the payment will go through, i have tried to make a case, with no help at all.
I’m in the same boat as you.
been waiting weeks to get stupid replies that then take another 4 days to answer it’s such a tedious process. But love how they can respond so soon when it’s to take money 🙄.

i had this exact same problem i bought coins for 39.99 and more after that for 9.99 but never got the first coins i was only able to get the battle pass and missed out on the dark apparition wraith bundle did you ever get your situation fixed or no
I’ve contacted EA numerous times about missing apex coins and their support team does everything but support…. Spoke with them for over a month for nothing over 100$ worth of coins bought and they won’t return them or find and I’ve made 3 cases.
im going through the same problem but the only thing i can tell you is to try @ EAHelp on twitter cuz at least your getting a real human being to talk to instead of having an ai glance at your case and dismiss it
