Why is my apex account banned?

I has been a long time to no login. Can I get my records from my last play session? (CM: Edited to remove formatting to improve readablity)

So can i get my game records or the game time of the last game before the ban. i am so confuse because my last login was at least half a year ago.

And if i can't get any help in here,where can i get help

I'm not sure about your game record... our support team may be able to discuss your game history if you reach out to them: go.ea.com/HowToEAHelp
