Thank you very much for your detailed response and for looking into this. I truly appreciate your help.
I am glad to hear that the packs are delivered despite the visual glitch, as that is the most important part. On that note, do you know if there are any plans to add a loot history log that players could access directly? It would be very helpful for us to verify our items independently, especially when these server errors occur.
Additionally, regarding the initial issue I experienced on February 22nd: could you please check if the items were successfully delivered on that date as well? Or is that transaction now too old for your system to track?
