1100 apex packs opened only 1 heirloom it says 1 in 500 guaranteed.

I am super upset i am lvl 500 bought battle pass from season 4 till now and have bought 800 packs. This means ive opened well over 1000 packs and have only received 1 heirloom. Please help

Did you purchase the anniversary packs? If you do, I am sorry that the counter for 500 packs has been reset. However, the key problem here is that EA still ignores this bug and we may never get our packs count back. We should fight for our rights and make EA see their mistake!

Yep i unfortunately did. What a joke. There was no notice about this. EA is a joke.
